The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

Mary and Mike were so hospitable and accommodating to our requests! Mary ALWAYS responded promptly to questions. Everything was seamless, from reservation to check-in and out. The property is absolutely perfect for a small group, has a great private location on the lake, yet convenient to town. The house is cozy and inviting, was clean and comfortable! We will be back! Thank you for making our stay AMAZING!

We enjoyed our holiday visit to Georgia on Kimberly's place on Lake Sinclair! Lots of areas to be around her property and just a fabulous rental. We hope to visit again soon!

Howard’s Lake home was perfect! We had an issue with the air when we first arrived but Howard worked diligently to get it fixed as quick as he could with it being a holiday weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! There are views of the lake from every room, great space for a big family, comfortable beds and an amazing outdoor space. Best of all, it was the shortest walk to the pool and there is a beach area to swim in the lake right in front. If you are looking for a place to relax and soak in the lake, this is it! My family is already asking to stay again!

I can’t recommend this place enough. First, it was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as described. They had so many things offered in terms of entertainment at the house, including both indoor and outdoor activities. Steven and Lana were super responsive with any questions, and I couldn’t have asked for better host. We had an absolutely fantastic time!

Brittany and cohosts were very responsive and helpful. A great place to take my grandkids for a couple of days on the lake. We really enjoyed the firepit in the evenings down near the water.

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

This was our second time at this house and we definitely were not disappointed. The location and accommodations were perfect for our church’s women’s retreat. Hope to be back again next year.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Loved the dock and the fishing from it. Beds were comfortable and had everything to cook small meals

It was a great location for Milledgeville and Eatonton. We also found a great nursery where we bought an apple tree and a fig tree.

Wow!!!! We were in awe of the neighborhood, location and the space. We were incredibly comfortable there and had everything we needed. A Publix is 8 min away, PJs coffee is so delicious and next to Publix, when we walked in the mornings and afternoons there were deer everywhere! It was so magical. We used the kayaks and played around in the water at sunset. We were there to go to Durhamtown atv park and it was a quick 40 min ride. We also stopped in Greensboro which is 30 min away and they have some cute antique stores and coffee Shop. Will be back. Ginny was so friendly and responded quickly!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside house! The property is stunning, with a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing and kayaks available for a fun day on the water. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful inside and outside, there is so much space and the rooms were amazing. Would stay here again!

We are repeat guests and we spend 51 weeks of the year dreaming about coming back to this house. We've tried to stay at other homes on Lake Oconee and no one compares. It is truly paradise. The view is breathtaking, private, and quiet. The home is gorgeous inside and has everything you would need. We look forward to many summers in the future here. Michelle is such a responsive host and so detailed in information!

Susan’s Lake House was perfect for a cozy Christmas. It was beautiful with everything we needed. She was quick to respond when we had a question. We hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

From the moment we arrived, it felt special — peaceful, welcoming, and full of little touches that made it unforgettable. We spent so much time just soaking in the views on the porches and in the boat, which made amazing memories that we’ll cherish forever. It’s rare to find a place that feels this perfect, and even rarer to find a host who clearly puts so much heart into it. All your lake decor, amenities, and supplies were perfect!!! The coffee bar and lake coffee cups were adorable! It was so clean and felt like home away from home! Thank you again so much for everything and making the remainder of our vacation unforgettable!
