Our family thoroughly enjoyed Jack's place. Everything was accurately described and we loved the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. It was close enough to any shopping or restaurants we needed while still giving us privacy. We would be happy to stay again.

It was a great getaway for my adult children and 84 year old dad and 2 dogs. Big, comfortable and clean home. It worked for all of us. Kayaks and canoes were easy and convenient to use. Nice amount of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space along with a great communal kitchen/living/dining area. We’re hoping to go again, I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely Thanksgiving stay with our family. After a lengthy car trip with lots of traffic, we were so pleased to walk into a very welcoming space that was open, bright, and extremely comfortable. Additionally it was clearly well appointed and very clean. To top it off, there was a marvelous carrot cake left by Andrea for our enjoyment. When an issue came up, Andrea and Dennis responded promptly and quickly resolved the problem. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again at a later date.

We loved staying at Bengisu’s home for the holidays. It’s even cozier and more welcoming than can be seen in photos, and the location is great - just a few minutes walk into town to enjoy everything Beacon has to offer. Bengisu was communicative and helpful leading up to the trip, and her home was the perfect place for us to spend a few days relaxing and exploring. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Gaby's home. Unlike many Airbnb hosts who design their spaces to feel like generic hotels, Gaby’s place radiated warmth, personality, and charm. It felt like a home that had been truly lived in and loved, with thoughtful, personal touches like family photos, unique art, and an impressive collection of books that added so much character. Gaby herself was an incredible host—always responsive, friendly, and approachable. She’s the kind of person I'd love to sit down and chat with. The setting was absolutely stunning. We had snow, the lake was frozen, and the wintry view was really peaceful. The abundance of wildlife made it even more special—we spotted deer, bald eagles, a couple of foxes who visited every morning, and even a bobcat prancing around the house one evening. We also love to cook, and Gaby’s kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to play chef If you’re looking for an authentic and unforgettable Airbnb experience

Great stay and great location. The house is really well maintained and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Easy walk into town. Only negative part of our stay was arriving to a 55 degree house when it was snowing outside in April. It took about 3 hours for the house to warm up. Besides that it was a great stay and would go back preferably in the warmer weather!

No way to say enough about this amazing property. My kids were endlessly entertained by the variety of toys, incredible arts and craft room, hiking trails, play house and beautiful chickens. This family is so kind to share so much of their space. The children’s art supplies are unbelievable. The home itself for us adults so so relaxing and warm. Sitting by the fire with the massive windows looking into the woods was the best. Our hosts were super responsive and gave us loads of great recommendations. My 5 year old understandably cried when it was time to go. We will certainly be back.

Brian was such a great host, extremely responsive to any questions, and his place is amazing. Views of the lake are scenic, and the house was immaculate and well equipped with everything you would need. Would highly recommend - my wife and I (and our corgi) had a great time.

My family and I really enjoyed Elizabeth property very comfortable and quiet, we definitely thinking about coming back soon.

This is an exceptional property in every way, and provided an amazing weekend getaway for us. The design sense, amenities and attention to detail are all exquisite, inside and out. The cabin itself is lovely, somehow both modern and rustic, and the grounds with pond, landscaping and art pieces make for a lovely setting (including for dog walks). The location provides a great central hub, including hiking at Wonder Lake State Park literally 5 minutes away. We also went antiquing in Newburgh and shopping/dining in Cold Spring, both 20-30 minutes away. Lisa and Billy are considerate and friendly hosts, making clear they are available but not at all intrusive. We highly recommend this location.

The stone cottage was the perfect getaway for our New Years trip! The space is cozy and well appointed, and the host was thoughtful and accommodating when we ended up arriving in town earlier than anticipated. We would love to come back and stay in the summer to sit by the pool in such private and peaceful surroundings.

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

All around wonderful place! Would 100% stay here again. So many extras for children and overall very well thought out house. The pool is beautiful and surrounding garden are beautiful. The offered toddler bed and crib and all toddler friendly play area made this house stand out for us.

Beautiful, comfortable, well built house with great views of woods and stream, well equipped kitchen. My husband, son and I really enjoyed staying there, while visiting family, even during some of the coldest days of the winter. We would love to come back at a time when we can take advantage of the deck and pool!

Ellen’s place was beautiful and cozy. The kitchen worked perfectly and even though it was April it was still a bit chilly so the wood stove was a welcome amenity. The shower was great and there was a soaking tub. It was quiet and beautiful. We like all the art and it was very homey.

The most perfect stay! The hosts were both extremely kind & communicative. This cute cottage-feel home has EVERYTHING you need for a perfect time. Not only is the place super cute, but it’s stocked up with all of the essentials and more. I could not recommend this place enough!

The apartment is nice and cozy. Great for a couple's weekend getaway. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. We came from the city by train, it was a breeze getting to cold spring and back. You can walk to the apartment in like 10 minutes from the station. No need for a car.

Marilyn, Your home is beautiful and our family truly enjoyed our time/Thanksgiving with our son who attends West Point!! We really felt at home and preparing Thanksgiving was a joy as we were able to be together and under one roof!! Everyone felt comfortable and there was plenty of space!! The layout of your home with the huge patio windows was such a morning treat!! To drink coffee and sit looking at the beautiful lake was so wonderful!! We are really thankful you helped us with the purchase of the turkey!! We couldn’t have cooked our own if it weren’t for you!! We booked for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. First, the view is AMAZING and the home was stunning (the pictures are great and don’t even compare to the real experience). David and Bryonna were also amazing. They were flexible with our check in and check out time and super responsive whenever we reached out. There are a few really yummy restaurants about 10 minutes away, and some bigger attractions within a 30-45 minute drive, but honestly, everything you need to have a great time is right there on the property. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be revisiting ASAP!

My family (including two kids and our cat) had such a wonderful stay at Connie’s trailside den in Beacon! The home was incredibly cozy and filled with thoughtful touches, like an abundance of snacks, excellent coffee and tea selections, and plenty of board games to keep us entertained. It was spotlessly clean, and had plenty of towels and blankets which made us feel right at home. Connie was a fantastic host—so kind and accommodating with flexible arrival and departure times, and she was always quick to respond to any questions and providing helpful recommendations. We absolutely recommend this property and are already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Beacon!

We had a great stay! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time. Cybele’s place was very clean. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake but the view was beautiful.
