Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

The Hidden Valley Retreat!

Welcome to the Hidden Valley Retreat, your perfect escape for tranquil, rural living. This beautifully appointed, self-contained suite boasts 32 sqm of elegance, comfortably hosting two guests. Just a short drive away, explore the Tauriko Shopping Centre with its bars, restaurants, and cinemas. Tauranga's vibrant city life and beaches are also within easy reach. Our suite offers a private entrance and stunning views of the valley basin, making it the perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding.

Luxury Lakes Airbnb.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereal, milk tea, juice , coffee supplied. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children.

This private studio is the perfect space for couples for a restful weekend or for those away for business. Located in the luxury subdivision of the The Lakes, offering peaks of Lake Taurikura, we are across the road from Matutu Reserve with direct access to extensive walkways, park like surroundings and a short walk to Bosco eatery, Four Square and Tauranga Crossing. Full and exclusive access to the guest studio, situated on the lower level of our family home.

Come and enjoy our rural paradise. A private self contained unit adjacent to our home. Situated only 10 minutes from The Crossing shopping centre and eateries. Far enough out of town to escape the hussle and bussle, however close enough to not feel to far away. Enjoy an abundance of birds and listen to the Moreporks at night. Please note due to our family circumstances we require all guests to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
