AMAZING Lake Road location!!!

COMPLETELY RENOVATED!!! Come and relax and enjoy our brand new kitchen and living area. Two new bath rooms, a new bunk room to sleep three more people!! The entire home has been painted and it is fresh and clean! Look out the kitchen window and see Lake Erie! Watch the sunset at the end of the road, in front of our house. Walk to township park and beach and overlook! Great outdoor space with a front deck and back patio and fire pit! Off street parking for about four cars.

The moment you open the door you feel at home. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the home and more! The cookies left for us were a very fun surprise and much appreciated! Before booking I had a few questions for Jodi to make sure the home was convenient to Spire and she was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Madison on the Lake Home w/ pool in wine country!

Had a good stay at this location. Everything was great. Ohio in the wintertime crossing to spring time means snow. And we had a good ole fashioned snow storm the last day before I left. Location was warm and cozy was never cold and I'm a live in Phoenix girl so I really appreciated it being warm. Even had a snow shovel which came in very helpful when I needed to dig out a bit and clear my car rental! I can't imagine doing that without a shovel so wow, that was a great help! Thanks Evan! Didn't get to the backyard/pool because hey snow my old friend! Did notice a drip noise in the middle room which is I think below the unit. Not sure if it was normal but didn't notice a leak anywhere, and there was no musty smell so, prob normal. Beds were comfortable. Can't comment on pillows because I bring my own traveling. In all, lovely stay would do again at this location if I'm ever in Ohio again!

Nature's Nest: A peaceful and relaxing get away

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly well-supplied with everything we needed and more – from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts clearly put thought into every detail, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location was perfect: set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood surrounded by nature, which made it feel like a real getaway. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings, enjoying the peace. The proximity to local sights and Lake Erie was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a comfortable, serene environment!

French Creek River Lodge

Staying in Gene's home felt like staying with family. He truly is the most generous and thoughtful host we've ever encountered: the fridge is stocked with loads of beverages (wine, beer, canned cocktails, bottled water); breakfast foods: eggs, English muffins, cheese, Canadian bacon. He's also stocked the pantry with plenty of snacks, cooking essentials, e.g., seasonings, oils, plus all the cooking utensils and items you'll need. The house is well-laid out, comfortable and private. Beautiful views of nature and the creek. We loved streaming at night on the cozy sectional sofa -- I fell asleep on it 2 night in a row. Other thoughtful touches: candles on a timer, loads of books all over the house, double-filtered water from the tap, dog-friendly ice melt, dog poop bags, cozy throw blankets. We look forward to returning. Thanks, Gene, for all your communication (and patience with my many questions) and your spirit of generosity.

Small town vibes in Garrettsville.

The place was beautiful. It was easy to find, very clean and even decorated for Christmas already. The host was responsive when I messaged and everything we needed for our group was available and easily accessible. We all had a great time and would recommend this lovely house to anyone.

We had a great stay at Donald’s place. Great communication & easy access. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights & fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. We were close to the main strip, but glad to not be too close! Dinner at Piero’s Pasta House was delish! Thx for the rec! Plenty of tp, paper towels, cozy towels, be sure to bring your own shower supplies. Appreciated the throw blankets too! Cozy & updated decor. Appreciated the big mirror & table in master br for when bath was occupied. Highly recommend Donald’s place & would definitely stay again!

Acorn Ranch on Avalon Golf Course

As a frequent traveler, this was by far was the best ABNB we have ever stayed at. We were traveling for a family emergency, with our entire family. The home felt like a home away from home. The home is set up in a way that made a comfortable gathering place for our family and was very spacious. And, because this was a last minute, unplanned trip, of course we forgot necessities. The home was stocked with anything you could imagine, which was comforting and so convenient due to the circumstances. The host went above and beyond, knowing the reason we were traveling and even left a condolences card, which meant a lot to our kids who just suffered a great loss. I can’t say enough about this home and host. Coming back to a small hometown, this is the perfect place to stay (great location) if you do not want or can’t stay with family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for opening your home up for other family’s to share. -Jennifer
