This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful cottage. A Two bedroom one bath cottage featuring full kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a full bath with bathtub/shower. A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Situated steps from Pymatuning Lake and the marina. The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

The Bunkhouse is located in a rural farming community 3 miles from Pymatuning Lake and is a relaxing retreat. The circular drive makes bringing your boat easy. Interested in wineries? The Grand River Valley is a short drive away. Enjoy sitting on the front porch swing watching Amish buggies pass by or build a campfire in the back yard and watch the sun set over the fields.

The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a two-section wrap around deck - one section under-roof and one section open to sunshine.
