オシャレ、静か、キレイ、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。インターネットは居室内だと弱く、ノマドの私は時々困りましたが、バルコニーやフロント、近所のオシャレなカフェやコワーキングスペースに行けば問題ありません！オールドタウンまで無料のレンタル自転車15分〜20分で着きます。Hightly recommend to stay here.

Kim was immediately in touch on the phone and gave really clear instructions to give our taxi driver. Kim was so kind and friendly & served a variety of foods for breakfast right outside our room. Nothing was too much trouble & we felt like part of the family & community straight away. Kim also offered laundry service & her husband was also a great taxi service. They advised us on local events & places of interest. So welcoming, I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful quirky house. Thank you Kim & Duy.

Quyết định chọn ở đây để tiện cho chuyến công tác vì vị trí ngay khu vực trung tâm thành phố, gần cầu sông Hàn và chợ Hàn nên tiện đi dạo ngắm cảnh thăm thú xung quanh. Quanh khách sạn nhiều nhà hàng và tiệm cà phê nên rất tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình giữ hành lý khi đến sớm.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz, und es sind mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen in der Nähe. Eine Bar mit Live Musik, Möglichkeiten zum Tanzen und Open Mic sind in 3min Fußweg erreichbar. Deswegen wird es zwar auch mal laut, ein Club hat ein Nachmittagsprogramm das man hören kann, aber nie in den Abend rein. Es gibt ein nettes Cafe und Surfschulen in der Nähe. Einen Roller konnten wir sehr leicht mieten. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und sehr hilfreich, wir konnten Touren und Busse buchen, um unseren Aufenthalt und Abreise besser planen zu können. Das war alles vergleichsweise günstig und lief reibungslos mit Pick Up von der Unterkunft aus ab. Das Zimmer ist schön, und wenn man die tägliche Reinigung in Anspruch nimmt auch sehr sauber, ansonsten kann der Abfluss mal ein bisschen riechen. Stört aber nicht weiter.

Wonderful oaisis in a quiet area of Hoi An, not far from city center / old town but in the rice paddies where one can walk or bike through the farms. Lovely house, very large suites with everything one might need. We kept saying, wow, this place is so well-thought-out! With music players, chargers, day beds, good drinks selection, long list of activity ideas, and excellent staff who made us great breakfasts. We are planning to return again but next time stay a week to relax more thoroughly.

Sono stata davvero bene presso il Fairy Garden, l'alloggio è molto bello, accogliente, con uno spazio dove ho potuto lavorare. Lo staff gentilissimo, mi hanno offerto il caffé al mio compleanno e aiutato tutte le volte in cui ne avevo bisogno. Il giardino è molto bello, con la piscina e la iacuzzi. Consigliatissimo per chi preferisce la tranquillità al caos del centro turistico. Grazie di cuore

It was a very nice place to stay. Minh and his family were very friendly and quite helpful with booking activities. Quiet place, with rice fields behind the house. Easy to bike (free to use, if available (which they always were)) to old town. Would gladly recommend to others!

On a adoré notre expérience ici ! Nous avions la chambre face a la piscine, elle était si confortable !!!! Le lit était gigantesque et super moelleux. Les toilettes sont indépendantes de la salle de bain. La piscine était propre. L’environnement très agréable. Proche du centre-ville, on a tout fait à pied. Nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps !! (Il y a juste une odeur de chlore dans la chambre avec la piscine à proximité immédiate)

숙소가 미케비치와 가까워서 도보로 마실나가듯 이동가능했어요~~ 앞에 식당과 마트 등 편의시설도 많고 (세탁소와 약국이 큰길에 있어서 이용하기 좋았음) 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절해서 생수와 간식 등 필요한 것을 언제든지 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았어요^^ 수영장도 사진처럼 예뻐서 사진찍기 좋았고 저흰 아이들과 함께 숙박했는데 애들도 수영장에서 재밌게 잘 놀았어요~ 룸도 생각보다 넓고 침대시트가 뽀송뽀송하고 매일 청소해주셔서 지내기 편했답니다 소음도 없구 에어컨도 시원하고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소예요^^

Rosie's villa exceeded all our expectations. it was beautiful, full of charm and character, and in a perfect central location. The old town is a short walk or a quick bike ride away. there are two lovely cafes right round the corner(one vegan) for all your breakfast needs. Thuy was amazing. Quick to respond and answer any questions. She provided a recommendations on food establishments in the old town. definitely try as many as you can. ultimately me and my wife fell in love with the villa and Hoi an. I can't recommend staying here enough! the small secluded pool is a life saver after a hot day of exploring too

Our second stay with Hai was as great as the first. She is such a lovely host and will do anything to make your stay as best she can. Big spacious rooms, simple delicious breakfasts and a great location between old town and the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place and fantastic people. I came here after a bit of a snafu at a different Airbnb. I was so glad to find this stay. Phuong and her family were super helpful. The showers had nice hot water, the pool was beautiful, and the bed/pillows were 😚 chef’s kiss. I had asked about a tailor recommendation and not only did they recommend a place that I was very happy with the results, they drove me over there one morning. The staff is super kind, and breakfast each morning was also delicious. This is definitely a more luxury accommodation in the way that they cleaned the room daily. WiFi worked great as I was doing some online work while I was there. Nice big windows were great to let light in. Absolutely saved me in my time in hoi an. It’s probably about a 30 minute walk to the proper old town hoi an area, but that didn’t bother me. They had a number of bicycles available for free rental to just grab and stroll through the rice fields and to town so that was great. Highly recommen

Der Aufenthalt war einfach klasse. Die Kommunikation vorab sehr klar, es wurde sogar spät Abends ein Abholdienst vom Flughafen organisiert. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel, viel Raum, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Haus hat einen kleinen Garten, wo auch Kaffe serviert wird. Wer nett fragt, kann auch von den Tomaten aus fem Garten probieren. Ich würde absolut wieder kommen. Buch ist ausserdem äußerst freundlich und hilft bei allen Belangen.

Lovely apartment. Nice spacious bedrooms with great sized beds. Pool area was lovely. We had a great breakfast made for us on our last day. My only issue was the CCTV cameras inside living area and pool area - I had thought it was a private villa and although we had the whole place to ourselves (we had booked 3 rooms) there was the chance the other two rooms would have been booked out too - we were obviously lucky that they weren't. Overall lovely stay though.

We verbleven hier 2 nachten met ons gezin van vier (2 dochters van 15 en 16). Vooral de locatie beviel ons goed. Met de taxi, fiets of scooter zit je zo in het centrum van het oude Hoi An. Met de gratis fietsservice hebben we mooi gefietst naar de verschillende markten in de omgeving. Het zwembad is prima om even af te koelen en wat baantjes te trekken. Lien was zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht.

superb. the location is great to access both the old city and the center of hoi an. the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. there are free bikes to ride around the beautiful rice fields, gorgeous fresh roses everywhere even in the rooms, three absolutely loving puppies to greet you when you arrive. after only two days, pinus boutique felt like coming home. this was the perfect accommodation: new, clean, well taken care of, great hosts, beautiful scenery, quiet. mr. will’s spirit is wonderful. he is a ray of sunshine, so personable and also gave excellent recommendations and arranged the taxi service. he has a great intuition about his guests so his recommendations felt personalized which is a gift. i didn’t eat the breakfast but i saw it being served to other guests and it looked delicious. don’t hesitate on this booking, it’s really a gem. i can’t wait to return. i was lucky to stay in two rooms, and both were fantastic. be sure to check them out under his profile.
