Renta de casas adosadas vacacionales en Quartu Sant'Elena

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig kurz. Im September war der Strand wenig belegt, der Zugang zum Wasser recht flach (kindgerecht) und die Gastgeber haben Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir konnten unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang unter einem großen Zeltdach essen, lesen, spielen sowie unsere Wäsche aufhängen (Waschmaschine steht im Haus zur Verfügung) und auch unser Auto abstellen, abgesichert durch ein Gartentor. Kleine, praktisch-funktionale Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, ausreichend Geschirr, zwei Duschen/Toiletten plus Außendusche, was nach dem Strandgang günstig zum "Entsanden" ist. Ruhige Wohnlage in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Die Gastgeber haben einen süßen kleinen Hund und eine junge Katze, im Wohnviertel leben Pfaue und Sittiche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Casa muito bem esquipada, ótimas condições e bem localizado. Gianfranco sempre disposto a dar as melhores indicações e respondido. Por fim bem localizada e perto de tudo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Doris. L'endroit est calme et apaisant. La maison est propre, confortable, très bien située, très bien équipée, tout est bien pensé: la vaisselle, les ventilateurs, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres...L'accueil a été chaleureux! Merci Doris 🤗

Notre séjour dans le logement de Frederica était très chouette. La maison est jolie, bien aménagée très près d une superbe plage. Notre hôte a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions et nous a même recommandé de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour et recommandons ce super logement!

Il giardino esterno , veranda e tavolo è sicuramente la parte che valorizza l'intero appartamento ; di grandi dimensioni , estremamente comodo. We stayed in Costa Rei, on the Royal Coast, on the top of village .This was our first accommodation, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place offers a magnificent sea view and is located in a charming village. There are shops and a beach nearby, perfect for walking . If you have a car, it’s easy to reach other tourist attractions like Villasimius, Cagliari, and more. This is the southern part of Sardinia. The apartment is located in a lovely residence. It was cozy, comfortable, and undeniably beautiful. The best part was having two terraces — one for enjoying the garden with a fruit tree ,where we could pick and eat the fruit during the our accommodations and the other with a breathtaking view of the bay and the sea. We spent most of our time enjoying the sea view. The kitchen and bedroom were well-equipped, and the inner courtyard added to the charm. We absolutely loved it here and would be more than happy to return if we visit south of Sardinia again. Thank you very much

Casa perfetta per due persone (qualcosa in più col divano letto), ma dotata di tutto , vicina al centro ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Federico un host super disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissima!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questo appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto e molto confortevole ad un passo dal centro di Villasimius, i proprietari son stati veramente carini nei nostri confronti e ci hanno anche consigliato dove poter mangiare la sera, e consigli extra anche su spiagge! finita la settimana a malincuore abbiamo lasciato questo fantastico posto, ma con il pensiero positivo che sicuramente ritorneremo ! un grazie speciale per averci fatto passare una bellissima vacanza! a presto ❤️

Manuella nous a reçu très chaleureusement. le logement était impeccable et le cadre au delà de nos espérances. L'ensemble du séjour s'est très bien passé et Manuella a su répondre à toutes nos questions très rapidement et très efficacement. Manuella a vraiment pensé à tout lorsqu'elle a créé cet endroit et le séjour est plus qu'agrable. tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et la qualité de l'accueil est plus que top. Nous reviendrons probablement voir Manuella et profiter de son appartement et de son cadre. Nous recommandons à 1000% cette hôte et son logement ;)

Super séjour, Fabrizio et Adrianna sont très agréables et tres réactif. Quant au logement, rien à redire, propreté excellent, la literie excellent. Il y a tous le nécessaire pour le séjour, machine à laver, sèche linge, la terrasse très agréable. Concernant la localisation, pour notre part c’était très bien pour visiter toute la Sardaigne du Sud Honnêtement, tout est parfait. Encore un grand merci à vous 🙏🏼

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé. Des provisions étaient présents à notre arrivée. Et propriétaire très réactif, je recommande sans problème.

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’alloggio di Roberto ed era incredibile. Pulito, ordinato e molto bello. Dotato di tutti i comfort e in ottima posizione nel centro della città. Lo consiglierò certamente e ci tornerei volentieri anche io stesso con mia moglie. Non mancava niente, anzi ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino che non abbiamo consumato solo perché siamo astemi, ma è un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di ferragosto nell'appartamento di Silvia, siamo stati benissimo; la casa è esattamente come nelle foto. L'appartamento è pulito e completo di tutto il necessario (sono presenti anche due sdraie e un ombrellone), si trova in una zona e tranquilla vicino ai supermercati e a 5 min a piedi dal centro. Silvia è un host cordiale, disponibile e molto reattivo nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.

L'appartement idéalement situé, en front de mer à 20 minutes de Cagliari, avec commerces et restaurants bon rapport qualité/prix à proximité, et dispose de l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un séjour plaisant (avec notamment clim dans la salle de vie ainsi que dans chaque chambre). Stefano est fort sympathique et serviable, et sait être disponible en cas de problème ou question.

Wir waren zum Ende der Nebensaison dort, der Aufenthalt war super . Paolo war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommenden , eine private Stadtrundfahrt um die wichtigsten Dinge zu wissen gab es oben drauf . Wir werden definitiv wieder dort hin fahren und können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch 👍 Danke Paolo !!!🙏

Der Aufenthalt bei Elodie und Luca war rundum gelungen. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Beschreibungen. Eine Dartscheibe und eine Tischtennisplatte sind vorhanden und runden den tollen Außenbereich, mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick, ab. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die von Elodie und Luca erstellte Mappe mit tollen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände etc.). Hier konnte man sich super orientieren. Bei Fragen waren beide sehr gut zu erreichen und haben uns auf aufkommende Winde und eine dementsprechende Wahl des Strandes hingewiesen. Torre delle Stelle zeichnet sich durch zwei super schöne Buchten, wahnsinnig nette Menschen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Restaurants aus. Außerdem liegt das Örtchen recht zentral, sodass man schnell in z.B. Cagliari, Villasimius oder Pula ist. Danke Elodie und Luca für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Von Anfang an seit Buchung hat Valeria sehr schnell, freundlich und detailliert kommuniziert. Wir durften sogar ein paar Dinge vorab zu ihr schicken, die wir vor Ort brauchten. Sie hat immer kurzfristig geantwortet und Tips gegeben und geholfen.Das Haus ist echt schön und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Anwohnergegend. Der Balkon bietet Meerblick. Der Garten und Pool einfach ein Traum. Die Kinder konnten dort spielen und sich im Pool abkühlen. Wir haben fast nur die Aussendusche benutzt. Die Terrasse war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten zu gehen und innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fahrt kommt man zu den wunderschönen Stränden von Chia. Zur Marina dem kleinen Hafen mit Bar, Apotheke und Pizzeria kommt man leicht zu Fuß dort gibt es auch einen kleinen in die Jahre gekommenen Spielplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants sind in Pula innerhalb von wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen.Danke Valeria, wir kommen wieder.

La casa è più bella rispetto alle foto, molto pulita e offre tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza con la famiglia, ed è situata in una zona tranquilla vista mare. L' host gentile e reattivo si e premurato di farci trovare frutta e acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Vacanza ok

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Donatella dal 29 agosto al 4 settembre e sono stati 6 gg fantastici. La casa molto bella, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo trovato nell’alloggio davvero ogni confort, dalla lavatrice al phon con diffusore . Donatella e’ molto attenta al piu’ piccolo particolare, all’arrivo ci ha fatto trovare anche bibite birra e acqua nel frigor. Consiglio al 100% l’alloggio di Donatella. Ci torneremo senz’altro!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très très bien et très bien équipé. Très moderne avec lave vaisselle. La salle de bain est top et le lit super confortable. Beaucoup de rangements pour les habits. Le plus une place de parking privée. Nous avons extrêmement apprécié les dosettes de café et les sachets de thé pour le démarrage de notre séjour. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Nous avons passé 2 agréables semaines en famille, 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Luca nous accueille avec tout le nécessaire, du linge de bain et de plage au dentifrice, tout est fourni. En plus d'un panier garni de spécialités locales. Luca est une personne très accueillante, toujours disponible pour le moindre dépannage et de bons conseils. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec un chauffe eau d'une des 2 douches, Luca à immédiatement réagi et réglé le problème ! Le logement correspond à la description et est très correct pour accueillir 4 adultes et deux jeunes, plus un lit d'appoint pour un petit. L'environnement est calme, la plage à 2 minutes à pied et convient aussi pour les tout petits. Tout est fait pour que vous puissiez passer de très belles vacances. Je recommande !

Simona è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, l’appartamento è pulito ed esattamente come nelle foto, in una zona comoda a supermercati, parcheggi e al centro che si raggiunge in 5 minuti di passeggiata. Disponibile e flessibile per check-in e out

Lovely location and very clean apartment. Everything was provided and very well equipped. We asked for a couple of extra pillows which he went out and purchased for us. Very kind! The garage is typical of the area with a very steep ramp. Only tiny gripe was having to walk with all our rubbish to the recycling centre the other side of town. We found this a bit unusual for an air bnb stay.
