Minutes off of the 101 exit13. 1999 27ft renovated Dutchman 5th wheel camper. Located on the golf course overlooking our signature hole. Our short term rentals are a separate business from the golf course. Beautiful views, tranquility and location. Queen pillowtop in bedroom, short futon in the living space.

This single level tiny house on wheels has been creatively deigned to ensure a comfortable stay. With a separate bedroom including a queen bed, as well as a seating area that converts into a twin bed, this tiny house can sleep up to 3. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, and a heat pump for AC and heat. Note: lofts are accessed by steep steps (King) and ladder (for queen) and may not suit all guests.
