Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.15mins from Wanaka town. Basic but character barn utility building with some sleeping and living areas. Middle area garage storage area with opening garage door. Downstairs theres a queen bedroom and kitchen area and upstairs large mezzanine with sleeping and sitting TV zone… 2 queen beds and 2 single upstairs. 1 downstairs bathroom consisting of open shower toilet and hand basin. Outside table and chairs clothes line full laundry inside.
