Anita and Clint’s place is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking - from the living room, bedroom, terrace, and especially the hot tub. The scenery constantly shifts with the weather - sunshine or rain, it’s always beautiful. The flat is super cosy, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished with lovely details. It truly feels like a piece of paradise - just WOW! Definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. Anita and Clint were also incredibly lovely and communicative. I needed a bit of assistance during my stay, and they responded right away with help and kindness. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone. You won’t regret it! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

If you are looking for a well designed and comfortable Airbnb, while away from the busyness of the town, Robynne’s Airbnb is the best fit. By saying this, it’s still convenient to go to the town, you can choose water taxi, driving or Uber (approx $40 one way). The most relaxing moment was sitting in the living room with door opened, listening the birds singing, enjoying the cool breeze and watching the falling leaves… Thanks to Robynne who was so very kind and helpful to us during our stay of 8 nights. We are sure we will come back.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at! I spent three nights here with my family exploring Queenstown, and this was a perfect base. The views are stunning and the hot tub and sauna are so nice after a long day. Michael was easy to communicate with and even brought by some fresh eggs, a very nice touch!

We recently stayed at this absolutely incredible Airbnb property that completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, we were in awe of how well-designed and thoughtfully curated the space was. Every detail, from the luxurious furnishings to the perfect living space, made us feel right at home. The location was also unbeatable — tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to all the best local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive, offering helpful tips in the house information booklet. What truly made this place stand out was the breathtaking views from the expansive windows and the outdoor area. Whether we were relaxing in the cozy living room or enjoying the outdoor patio, the scenery was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Pros: Quiet and lovely place. The SPA pool was amazing and garden view was great. Cons: WIFI was slow and no breakfast provided.

Beautiful place! Looks as good as the photos. We particularly liked the activities (spa, pool, private yard space, tennis court) and facilities (big living room, BBQ, off-street parking, well-stocked kitchen). The pool and tennis court are shared with others from nearby accommodation, but the spa is just for the house. Plenty of hand wash, shampoo/conditioner and laundry liquid was provided. It is conveniently close to Queenstown, as well as the historic little town of Arrowtown. Overall, it was a gorgeous house and a very comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay here in Arrowtown. Modern, easy parking, outside area and a handy walk to town. Exactly as described and Scott was a wonderful Host. We hope to see you again soon! Thanks

Suzanne’s property was the best decision we could have made for our trip. Gorgeous rustic design and a working ranch with deer stock nearby. Halfway between Queenstown and Glenorchy the location was perfect for a quiet retreat after a being out and about in town/nature. There are a few guest houses at the location and everyone was friendly and we had plenty of privacy while not being too isolated. Loved it and would stay again or recommend it to friends.
