Wendy was wonderful to work with! The location of the condo can't be beat. The views are breathtaking and it's secluded but also close to all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. Our family had the most amazing time on our trip and felt really at home in the condo.

Excelente ubicación, cercano a 5ta avenida, playa, supermercados, Mall, ferry cozumel, otros.....Apartamento muy bien cuidado, limpio, amplio y acogedor, zona tranquila, especial para familias......sin duda volvería nuevamente.

Excellent location and great usage of space and layout. 3 showers helped our larger group and had plenty of opportunities to walk the streets, walk to the beach, and was easy to navigate back and forth. Very beautiful and a great stay.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo que se necesita para unas buenas vacaciones, si te gusta el golf, es el lugar perfecto. es recomendable tener un vehículo para major comodidad. pero el barrio cuenta con movilidad para poder ir hasta la playa. la piscina siempre limpia. Restaurant, y bares del hotel del complejo con precios diferenciados por estar alojados. Recomendable 100%. única sugerencia que haría ( para los que nos gusta dormir hasta tarde) es poner una cortinas más obscura en las ventana de los dormitorios. Todo perfecto, ubicación, seguridad, limpieza, atención de los anfitriones. Saludos pronto volveremos.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

we had an amazing time here - the place is even more gorgeous in person than in photos. Location is amazing and walkable to the beach and downtown area. Alex who welcomed us to the airbnb was super nice and walked us through everything. The fresh fruits and beer provided were a nice touch. We also enjoyed hanging out on the roof in the late afternoon. Overall incredible experience and would definitely come back again.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Diego’s place was great! We loved Oleo and the services. The resort and all inclusive purchase really was what we needed. We can see ourselves booking this space again.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

very comfortable, great location. LOTS of good food in walking distance. the pools are all more plunge pools than actual pools. That being said on a hot tulum day, they still feel good.

Upon booking Roberto & Kevin were very informative. They even scheduled our taxi service to & from the air port which made our travel days way smoother. Upon arrival, Kevin was there to greet us, we arrived a couple hours prior to check in time but Kevin was very helpful by storing our luggage & kept perishable items refrigerated for us. He also helped us navigate the city by showing & recommending local spots. The front lobby & communal pool area is like that out of a spa magazine. Absolutely breathtaking & very well kept with chill relaxing tulum vibes. Once we entered the suit, our minds were blown. Very tulum aesthetic vibes, open areas. Clean & large. The roof top is insane, beautiful views, and little secret paradise. The plunge pool was such a perfect addition to our trip. We utilized it every day. The roof hammock was also such a cool addition. There’s SO MUCH to do in this area, cute cafes, restaurants, gyms & stores. (This area is still developing & under construction)

We had a great stay. Family of 4. Very nice unit and building. We Not too many food options close by, a few hotel restaurants. The town of Tulum is about 15 mins away to the south, and the party area is about 15 mins more south of Tulum. There is a giant supermarket where you can stock up on essentials. We found it essential to have a car, but you can take taxis, which are $. Would definitely return. Great communication by hosts.

The entire process from booking to check-out was seamless. The location is exceptional in a bustling city, offering a vibrant dining scene within walking distance, proximity to the beach, and the accommodations themselves are of the highest quality. Will and Irais were exceptionally responsive and provided numerous recommendations. I highly recommend this establishment.

Spent 6 days here and everything was great the Airbnb was just fantastic loved the rooftop pool my only recommendation is hire a car as taxis are expensive but Jorge was a great host with his daily recommendations and l highly recommend his place

Great modern two story apartment in a new building with the best location! We walked every evening and morning to try a new restaurant. Lots of great places to choose from! We ended up getting a rental car and it was a great decision for us to get to and from all the parks we wanted to go to and street parking was always available just steps from the building. The music downstairs was just like others have mentioned but it always ended early enough not to bother us at all… hosts are always available to give local recommendations and suggestions!

We had the best time staying at Kevin and Andrew’s condo in Playa del Carmen! The place was super clean and looked just like the photos. The location couldn’t have been better — so many awesome restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a grocery store just a minute away. We loved hanging out on the rooftop — there were a bunch of pools and bars with really good (and reasonably priced) food and drinks. The condo had everything we needed too — from a steamer and blow dryer to free coffee and water bottles, which was such a nice touch. Huge thanks to the hosts for making our trip so easy and comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I stayed for two days. Lilian allowed us early check-in and late check-out. The home was clean and extremely beautiful. Anthony was very helpful and took care of our needs. We were able to rent ATVs that were brought to us all thanks to this amazing team. Throughout my stay I felt safe and relaxed. I visited the onsite amenities like the pool, the cenote, and the cafe. The location was perfect because it was in between the resorts on the beach and the downtown of Tulum making it very walkable or better ATVable. I would definitely book with this team when I return to Tulum. Thank you for hosting an amazing home.

We have a family of five and this stay was perfect for us! The space was good and you could walk to places easily. The pool was gorgeous and the room was always clean.
