特别干净整洁 以为会跟图片上有偏差，到别墅后非常惊喜，距离7-11有几分钟车程，租个摩托车会比较方便，美中不足的是当天天气不给力，好在我们十人小伙伴出门采购新鲜海鲜在别墅自助BBQ，开泳池party，各种厨具应有尽有，会做饭的小伙伴大展身手超级棒喔～

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

The accommodation and location of this STUNNING beach house was paradise…. A word we used a lot whilst staying here for 8 nights with the family. Alice our host reached out and gave us many good ideas of places to go and even a complimentary clean half way through to make the place spotless again. The pics don’t do it justice on your own private beach and to have a couple of small stalls down on the beach also to get a beer, coffee or water any time you wanted. The locals restaurants was such amazing value with the Lovey Duck just at the top of the street so cheap! Our fav also was Rawai view around 10 min walk and such top quality food. Walked into town (Rawai) couple of times (15 to 20 mins) and got a bolt taxi back so cheap for 285 Bhats. Couldn’t say anything negative about this paradise location.

Die Villa entspricht in Ausstattung und Optik genau dem Inserat. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Einige gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Massage sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Moped und Motorradverleih ist gleich um die Ecke. Benoit und Julian kümmern sich von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr serviceoriert um die Gäste. Sie halfen uns mit dem Rücktransfer zum Flughafen, organisierten beim Check in innerhalb von 15 Minuten zwei Motoroller zur Anmietung und standen auch sonst für jedes Anliegen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist super komfortabel, der Salzwasserpool ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder. Die Strände Nai Harn und Yanui sind mir dem Roller einfach zu erreichen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn, das Haus ist exakt wie beworben und ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

Amazing stay! This was the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in – beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Very much enjoyed Adrian’s place, he is a very responsive host. I was surprised at the local recommendation list he had procured for us. Adrian responds extremely quickly, and will address and concerns you might have. The place itself was great, it was far enough away from the craziness of Bangla but just a 10-15 min walk to that craziness if you wanted to see it. The place was clean, private, modern and very homey. Loved the stay would stay again

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay at the villa - we had the 3 bedroom villa and stayed 5D4N. We have been to many villas for a short getaway and this is definitely one of the best - very clean, very responsive host ( they provided a chat with you) and the size of the villa was just perfect. The aircon was very strong as well. They did housekeeping everyday and changed the linens on alternate days, on request. They were very accommodating to my request to change my sheets again after I had a 120 mins oil massage in the villa even though they have just changed it that day. Most photos could be deceiving and often smaller in real life, but no, the pool is a good size. Enough for a group of 3 - 5. The main bedroom was gorgeous and had direct access to the pool as well. Overall, we had a great experience here and would highly recommend. Note: It is Phuket and you are close to nature, so you should expect bugs. This has nothing to do with cleanliness.

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

Alles super , Bilder und Beschreibung reichen nicht aus um zu sagen wie Schön die Unterkunft ist. Jeden Tag room Service , jeden Tag reichhaltiges Frühstück von einer Köchin nach unseren Wünschen gemacht. Seeehr seeeehr schön. Perfekt !!

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay for our families here. House is huge and all the bedroom lovely. We each had one bedroom each, with everyone having their own bathrooms but two rooms needed to share one. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and able to cook some simple things, although the highlight was the chef service which is definitely worth the money! Check in was great, communicating with the staff who run the houses. They were very helpful and responsive. And the airport pick up was a great bonus and very handy. The swimming pool is great, but very deep! Deep enough for scuba diving! The rooms were all clean before and during our stay by the amazing staff. Just watch out for bugs, we had a few spiders creep in during the evenings! Just know, the hill it is on is not walkable really, so we had to get taxis just to go up and down into the town as it was too steep.
