It's the only experimental project from the 60s to be realised,which,taking into account the 9m2 standard for living space per person at the time, tried to find an optimal solution for accommodating families of different sizes without having to use the connecting living room as a sleeping area.

Just 15 minutes from Tallinn Airport and not far from the singing grounds. Our place is perfect for 2 guests, with a portable bed option available for a third guest. It may not be a good option for small children. Pets are welcome upon request.
