Ann’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone and most of all a beautiful location. This place is great for a larger group and anything you need is there or available nearby. We had a relaxing few days there, fished, enjoyed being outside and our dogs really enjoyed the water:)

I think this might be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I was on a busy work trip so didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the property but it made the time I did get to unwind feel like home. I’ve never had an Airbnb equipped with so many amenities (normally I find I have to bring a lot of my own), toiletries, washing detergent, coffee, ice and basic condiments and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Also they had yoga mats which was a wonderful surprise. The memory foam bed in was also the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Lovely quiet area close to loads of great spots to eat and drink really close by and only a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Caroline was great with communication and always responded and also let us leave our luggage for a bit after check out. Definitely not a party house but if you want somewhere cosy, clean and homely for your stay in Austin, this is the place! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

This is our second stay at Arielle's Austin Airbnb and again, fantastic on every level. The space is so clean and cozy. The location is perfect for walking into downtown Austin easily from the quiet Holly neighborhood. Excellent restaurants within walking distance of this property. Arielle is easily one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. Many Airbnbs these days are marginal so I often prefer hotels - but Arielle's place is top notch and worth every penny. She accommodated an early check-in and late check-out that worked with our fly times. She made excellent dining recommendations and replied immediately to any messaging. They have a hot tub and a *cold tub* WOW - best nights sleep ever in their cozy beds after soaking! She ran over some coffee one Sunday morning because we ran out. I really cannot recommend this host enough. If you are thinking of staying in Austin , look no further- you've found the perfect place. We will definitely be back! Thanks Arielle!!

This house was amazing, loved it! The hosts are the sweetest and if we had questions or anything they answered right away! Definitely will love to stay here again! Very comfy and lots of room! Very clean! Love that there was a pond in front, great walks in the morning!

We had the most wonderful stay. The homes are detailed PERFECTLY, the backyard and docks are gorgeous, and it was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked for our needs.

A group of us stayed at Jason’s place while visiting for the weekend. It was perfect for 8 of us. The home was clean and comfortable. The outside boasts some incredibly relaxing patios. We had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

The host provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made check-in and the overall stay super smooth. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was so gorgeous and I felt right at home almost immediately. JG was super accommodating and helpful, and it’s a huge bonus to have him in the same building so he’s on hand if there are any problems (fortunately I didn’t have any!) Super convenient in every sense of the word, and I loved my stay. The only compunction I have in recommending it is that I don’t want it to be too booked up next time I’m in town!

This is our second stay and we are very happy with the location and the comfort of the condo. Everything is convenient and the condo is well stocked with everything you may need, plus many stores and restaurants are within a short walking distance.

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I loved everything about this stay it was clean stocked beautiful lighting nice relaxing view of the highway I loved the master bathroom beautiful decor fresh smell we loved the pool and gym area . I hated how it was nothing around for me and my children to walk to the front gates were not my cup of tea Ubers got lost a lot but it was a beautiful property my host was the best , quick communication very nice person thank you very much for letting us experience your rental will come again ❤️ 10 stars if I can

El edificio me encantó. Todo es exactamente igual a cómo aparece en las fotos, de hecho me parecio que el apartamento es grande y super cómodo. A pesar de ser un edificio con tantos apartamentos para renta, es super silencioso. Dormí muy bien. La cocina está dotada con lo básico para quienes disfrutamos cocinar mientras viajamos. La ubicación maravillosa, la vista increíble. Me quedaría nuevamente en Natiivo.

The cottage was an absolute gem and exceeded all our expectations. We wanted to get away to celebrate my 40th birthday in a peaceful, calming environment, and this was most certainly the place just for that.

Love the place, we took our family and we had an amazing time! We felt so good plus April was so nice and responded all our question! Thank you ❤️

This is a cozy and comfortable little cabin located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Canyon Lake. It is within walking distance of Potter's Creek Park and the lake.

The Stone Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when exploring the Texas Hill Country. The home and surroundings are beautiful and everything during our stay was top notch. Great communication, super location, easy to find and check in, comfortable beds and furnishings, and a fantastic pool, large and clean - a bit chilly at first but great in the afternoon heat!

This place is truly awesome. The house was very clean. We didn’t go to the lake but it was a short drive tho the Guadalupe River where we spent the whole day and came home to bbq outside. Lots of deer! Had a great time!

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.
