Forget your worries and retreat here to the peaceful country side of east Texas. We offer 4 cabins to choose from, with a private beach on the edge of a large stocked pond. (bring your fishing gear!). We offer Kayaks, Paddle boards, fire pits, a pavilion with a traeger grill and a volleyball net for you to use and enjoy. We are located just minutes from the famous Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni and Canton Flea Market! Bring your family and/or friends to this private resort for a memorable experience!

Lunker Bunker

Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view & lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie & cat fish. Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

Tiny Bluebird Cottage

What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

Rustic Studio Bunk House on Lake Tawakoni

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Sweet Magnolia Retreat. There are 4 spacious bedrooms that sleeps up to 14 guests with a jacuzzi in the master. You will find that our beautiful living room captures the best sunset above the serene lake water. There are many outdoor activities you can do in a large gated backyard and a deck for picnics and cookouts. Our backyard will lead you to the fishing pier where you can relax and enjoy the open lake water as well as kayak and swim.

This newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath home has everything you’ve come to expect at the WWR. There are 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds along with a queen Murphy bed and queen pull-out couch in the main living room. Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
