We are located just minutes from the famous Lake Fork, Lake Tawakoni and Canton Flea Market! Bring your family and/or friends to this private resort for a memorable experience!

There’s a Ton of amenities in this Tiny house! It’s minutes from Lake Fork. New large deck.Long parking for truck and boat. There’s a big stainless refrigerator. Stove and cabinets stocked with pots, pans, dishes eating and cooking utensils. NOTE: there is not a dishwasher. Brand new washer/dryer and new queen size bed. There is a small bedroom and connecting bath with full size shower. There is a pond behind the house that makes for a tranquil spot. You will have to the property to yourself.

The backyard boasts a large covered porch with grill, a beautiful pergola with individual swings, and a large covered dock with boat slip as well as covered and uncovered seating areas. The Great Escape is situated in a quiet, private neighborhood and is perfect for a guys' fishing trip, a girls' get together, or any getaway you choose!

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

You will find that our beautiful living room captures the best sunset above the serene lake water. There are many outdoor activities you can do in a large gated backyard and a deck for picnics and cookouts. Our backyard will lead you to the fishing pier where you can relax and enjoy the open lake water as well as kayak and swim.

Home has been totally updated and is a cozy place on a pretty piece of land. Am I Blue has been loved by all.
