The kitchen was fantastic. Lots of appliances and space for perishabkes. Keirc, Espresso machine and drip coffee makers. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to use. TVs in almost every room. Great private lot on Lake. Would love to come back in the summer. Lisa was super fast in responding to anything but we really didn't need any questions answered during our stay. Will go back again.

Stayed for a long weekend on a snowmobile trip. Great place! Plenty of parking for my big truck, trailer, and our sleds. Walkout basement was ideal for unloading our things and even better place to hang up your riding gear when not in use. Very close to trails yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Sauna was especially nice after a long day on the trails. Kitchen is well equipped. Brenda is very responsive and made sure we got in and out without a hitch. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend if you are visiting the area!!

We loved staying at Sean and Amy's lake Vermilion home! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake and the sunsets were spectacular. We would love to come back!

Our family of 10 stayed the week and it was awesome! The kitchen was incredible with a great view of beautiful lake Vermillion. It was fully stocked with more than we needed. The master bedroom was also really nice with a large deck right outside. We enjoyed the space and also had good luck fishing.

Great host! Locked ourselves out on a stormy day,,but we were back in within minutes! Also,,,the garage was an absolute life-saver when a hail storm came through!! Saved our vehicle!! Although it was high mosquito season,,,no bugs of any kind made it into the house. It was easy to access the highways around the area, with some great restaurants in Chisholm (Valentini’s),,,also Sammy’s Pizza in Hibbing,,,,,and Canelakes Candies in Virginia! Plenty of lakes for swimming and enjoying,,,especially McCarthy State Park Beach nearby! Duluth is just over an hour away; go visit the lift bridge, lighthouse and museum on Lake Superior, and nearby is the Aquarium. Had a wonderful time, comfortable beds and WIFI/Roku so everyone was happy!

Great place! Very homey, well stocked, and great location for Giants Ridge! I would stay again! I recommend turning the temp way down at night in the winter. Even when set at 60, it was hot upstairs!

This was a great rustic cabin experience. We came to ice fish on upper red and this was a perfect location, very near everything we needed. We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway…just what we needed! Thank you, Lora and Pete!

This was the perfect stay for a hockey weekend in Chisholm! So clean and comfy and right by the arena! Everything was spotless and everything we needed was provided. We will definitely stay again when in town! Great communication from the hosts too!

Overall the property exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Totally private setting, nice outdoor space, movie theater was cool, would stay again.
