Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea war eine sehr sympathische und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Mit der U-Bahn, die man in wenigen Minuten erreicht, gelangt man einfach und schnell zum Marienplatz und kann München wunderbar erkunden.

Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb. 

Wir waren für ein Wochenende bei Olka , wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt um nach München zu pendeln. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist herzlich eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern, wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Jochen ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns mit tollen Tips für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Eine Empfehlung für jeden der eine Auszeit im Grünen sucht.

Kerstin und ihr Ehemann sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, und mit Herzlichkeit eingerichtet. Die farbenfrohe Gestaltung und die abwechslungsreiche Einrichtung haben mich sehr beeindruckt. @ Kerstin 👍💪😊, hast du wirklich gut gemacht. Man kann absolut ruhig und dunkel schlafen. Parkplatz, direkt vor der Tür. Und wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht erreichbar. Auch für die Körperertüchtigung ist gesorgt, Fitnessmatte, Faszienrolle, etc., wie beschrieben, also kann man sofort loslegen. Und noch ein Highlight gibt es in der Küche, ein Flipperautomat > ohne Geld-Einwurf. >>Achtung Suchtgefahr<< 😂😂😂 Ich wünsche Kerstin immer liebe, unkomplizierte und nette Gäste. Mein erster Anlaufpunkt in Landshut und Umgebung seid ihr. Liebe Grüße Ingo

Rupert has an amazing space that I wish was my own! Great natural light, comfortable bed, and really nice kitchen and patio. This was an awesome location and Rupert was an excellent communicator. We hope to come back someday!

Meine erste Buchung auf airbnb und ich bin mega zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war hinsichtlich Lage und Ausstattung gut. Wolfger ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber mit hohem Unterhaltungswert und enormer Hilfsbereitschaft. Wer nicht nur einfach eine "Übernachtung" sucht, sondern auch Wert auf kommunikativen Austausch sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben uns bei Andy sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr groß. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram 21 in die Innenstadt - das ist natürlich sehr praktisch :-) Wer ein kleines Stück (ca. 10 Minuten) zu Fuß geht, kann die U-Bahn (Josephsburg) oder in der anderen Richtung die S-Bahn (Berg am Laim) nehmen. Direkt ums Eck nahe der Wohnung sind zwei Bäcker. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr flexibel und problemlos - dank der tollen Beschreibung haben wir die Wohnung problemlos gefunden. Andy ist total hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr nett - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Herzlichen Dank dafür!

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Es war alles super, komme bald wieder.

Som at bo hos venner privat…. Det var nemt at komme ind, det var nemt at finde sig til rette… altan ud til haven hvor der er en lille flod samt en større kanal længere oppe og om morgenen er der en smuk udsigt.. Gamle vinylplader samt pladespiller i stuen som gjorde opholdet endnu mere nostalgisk.. super imødekommende par med den dejligste lille pige…🤗 Hvis man vil ned i tempo, er dette det perfekte sted.

Sehr sauber, viel Privatsphäre, tolles Frühstück, viel Flexibilität. Gut mit der S3 nach München angebunden (30 min bis München Hbf), genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Top!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Ich war alleine in diesem riesigen Haus. Aber die Betten habe ich gezählt und stimmen mit den Angaben überein. Auch schön aufgeteilt für 9Gäste. "Tim" ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach keine Person, sondern ein Synonym. Das Haus wird von einer Verwaltung professionell gemanaged. Ich bin mir sicher mit keinem Tim kommuniziert zu haben. Telefonkontakt gab es nicht. War auch nicht nötig, alle Infos habe ich hier bekommen der Rest war selbsterklärend. Ich war auf jeden Fall zufrieden, auch wenn das Reihenhaus nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos ist. So Stand 80er Jahre aber ok und sauber in einer ruhigen Siedlung und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende zu 10.- ich kann die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Sehr schön restauriertes Bauernhaus mit liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist mit Markengeräten ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Sabeeka war super und nett. Super Haus 👌🏻

Thank you so much for a really lovely stay! From the very warm welcome and helpful tour and instructions at check in to the tips of local recommendations. Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!
