Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Ground floor flat with & disabled friendly accommodation. A/C in both bedrooms. The gateway to the Cotswold & Blenheim Palace. 10 min walk to town. Opposite Pure Gym, McDonald's Tesco & Premier Inn. Secure parking with the use of EV charger. Complementary water, tea and coffee in room's. Free cancellation till the day before, because if you happy we are happy. Check-in and out times are suited to make you enjoy you stay. GO-taxis can take you to Caswell house, Pubs, & restaurants etc.

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cozy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

A recently renovated, beautifully styled cottage located in the heart of ‘England’s Favourite Village’. A 2 minute stroll will take you to the famous Wild Rabbit Restaurant and the ‘UK’s Dining pub of the year 2019’, The Kingham Plough. A 2 minute drive or 30 minute walk will lead you to another renowned culinary destination, Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, Restaurant and Spa. Famous Cotswold villages surround the area including Stow on the Wold, Burford and Bourton on the Water.

Syringa, Sheep Street Charlbury

Beautifully renovated 17th cent cottage. Situated in Sheep Street Charlbury, a few doors down from The Bull Inn. Peaceful, tranquil and centrally-located. Double bedroom (super-king size), bathroom, large living room and kitchen. Private south facing back garden, with stone walls and apple trees. This is an old property with low doorways between rooms and a very steep stair case with hand rail (See pictures) It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Rosemary Cottage

The cottage is in a stunning location in the beautiful hamlet of Chilson which is extremely quiet and a restful place to be. Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.

Being period it has all the lovely features you would expect from a cottage of this age including a lovely inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed ceiling beams in the sitting room and dining room. When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.
