All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and a refrigerator with a freezer in each room so our guests can cool their own beverage and other groceries as there is no traditional bar in the hotel, although we will have wine and beer in a very limited selection, to begin with. We also have hot tubs for you to relax in after your busy day experiencing our wonderful country. That facility will be open from 15-21: 30. We only have breakfast (continental) at the hotel itself

Velkomin heim – Welcome home! A large amount of planning has gone into providing all those items that go towards making Midgard totally “fit for purpose” for all our clients. Additionally, for exclusive use by our overnight guests, there is an outdoor, rooftop hot tub and sauna. The hot tub faces directly onto the Eyjafjallajökull icecap and volcano, made famous in 2010 when its eruption had global impact.
