This studio 004 is much in demand as views of mountains is better then the lower floor. For senior citizen ground floor ( studio 002) is better option as almost no stairs to climb. studio 001 is lower ground floor but it has 20% more space then other three appartments. As it is on lower ground so no balconies but it has big lawn.
