I’m from Skye, family is there. And it was a perfect place for us to stay close to family on a visit. It was absolutely A1 ever was brilliant and we didn’t want to leave. We will return next year hopefully Thanks again so much to Wendy It’s hard to find perfection when renting a holiday let, yet this place was perfect for us 5 stars

This is a beautiful house in a stunning location. Better even than the photos. It was very cosy and peaceful, with amazing views over the loch from virtually every window. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and there is an amazing sound system. Next time we are coming to Skye I will definitely book here again. Thanks Juliet for the lovely stay.

Absolutely LOVED this place!! Beautiful view outside of the pod & so close to the Quiraing!! Can’t recommend this place enough, host was extremely helpful & responsive!

We’ve chosen Boulder House for our final holidays spot before the end of my maternity leave. The brief was to find a beautiful, peaceful place in a location that will allow us to relax, spend time with wee one and do short day trips. Boulder house hit the spot 100%. Because of its open plan and spectacular views it feels so airy and calming.. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. You can find there everything you need to make a cheese on toast or cook a feast for 6! Place was immaculately clean too. There is no direct access to the beach from the property but there is a stunning beach 5 mins drive from the house - Mellon Udrigle beach. We understand it can be walked to following a coast line but we didn’t try cause of the baby. Local shop isn’t big but it has EVERYTHING you need to cook a decent meal. In 7 days we were there we saw dolphins, sea seals and auroras for 4 days straight! We are coming back!!

A beautiful peaceful location - lovely to wake up to bird song. An amazing wild garden with a gorge & waterfall which made a beautiful dog walk at the start & end of each day. House very comfortable & tastefully decorated. Kitchen very well equipped which made cooking easy. A great location to climb Munros & Corbetts.

When booking a family reunion I wanted something very special and memorable. This holiday home is set within the most beautiful bay, 2 minutes walk from the beach at Clachtoll. Our Easter week was glorious with sunshine every day. We walked, enjoyed picnics, ate lovely meals out at Delilah’s and the Lochinver Pie shop. A wildlife boat trip out of Lochinver with Skipper Tony is great fun for young and old alike. For any ornithologists a trip to Handa will be joyous…..we were lucky to see puffin!! The layout of the holiday home is excellent with lots of space and importantly there are two bedrooms on the ground floor ideal for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. If you want a truly special experience, book this property. Irene and Ian were extraordinary hosts. Irene's attention to detail is evident throughout the immaculate space. It is gorgeous! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed is so comfortable it is a challenge to get up in the morning to begin exploring the beautiful area. Irene had lots of goodies for us, a variety of drinks in the fridge and Homemade Shortbread and Scottish Tablet! So delicious! Irene was so timely in her responses, her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. She provided us with detailed information for all the local attractions, the scenery here is breathtaking. She also generously shared other valuable information for other cities we were visiting. Irene and Ian are such lovely people, it was a pleasure to meet them. We felt so honored to experience and enjoy the gem that is this hut. In this land of ''Fairies", I highly recommend you book this lovely, fairytale hut!
