At SCH our guests have exclusive access to our 16000 square foot Clubhouse offering complimentary daily continental breakfast and shared coworking spaces equipped with all the essentials you will need for on-the-road productivity. Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. Amenity offerings can change due to the COVID19- pandemic.

Three Bedroom House: Built in 1890, this Victorian-esque home provides guests a delicious blend of history, elegance, and modern day luxury. The 1890 Caroline House is conveniently located in the heart of Historic Fredericksburg, Virginia just a block from the train station servicing Amtrak and VRE to Washington and Richmond. Experience a taste of history in Old Town or visit our local historic battlefields and then relax in our parlor or one of our beautiful guest rooms, all of which include a Jacuzzi. A perfect getaway for a vacation, business retreat, small group meetings, friends gathering, or an intimate wedding. Max of 6 people. Breakfast will be an additional $20.00 per person. ★Historic Washington Suite-The George of Old Town★

This two room suite is located on the second floor of the home with a sitting room that has a Queen sleep sofa and the bedroom has a four poster brass and Lucite King bed. Decorated with a combination of pristine antiques and modern design features like the wet bar, this suite remains a guest favorite. A mini fridge is in the room as well as your own private bathroom. The suite is on the back portion of the home and is above the historic kitchen that George Washington built for his wife Martha.

Soak in the luxury of the soft Italian sheets, gas fireplace, and steam shower in this serene suite. Located on the second floor in the back of the hotel.

The Guest Quarters at the Inn is a vacation rental site situated one block from the Chesapeake Bay in the historic and charming town of North Beach MD. The Guest Quarters are partnered with The Westlawn Inn, an award-winning fine dining restaurant with early-evening live music on the weekends. The five-unit building is in the Arts and Crafts style of the 1920s and boasts special hand-crafted detailed trim work that fits the historic charm of days gone by in the coastal town.

The Wyndham Vacation Resorts are located at National Harbor in Ft Washington Maryland , and Wyndham Resort in Alexandria VA (Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria, 1757 King Street, Alexandria, Va 22314). There are usually 1 BR, 1BA, deluxe units available, while supplies last. The units accommodates up to 4 people. However, there maybe upgrades to 2BR, 2BA units. Upon each request I ask for the upgrade, which is not a guarantee.

The William Harrison room is a great place to call home while you're visiting Old Town. On the third floor of the George, this room can accommodate up to 2 guests with its lush velvet headboard on king bed with small balcony and exterior circular staircase. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and white subway tile and plush towels. Views of the back patio area and surrounding buildings.
