Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Residenz in Marrakesch war einfach fantastisch! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Anas, der sich um unsere Transfers vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück gekümmert hat und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer für uns erreichbar war. Die Anlage selbst war äußerst sauber und ruhig, mit einem wunderschönen Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Unsere gemietete Villa war ein Traum – geräumig, makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Nicht zu vergessen ist Khadija, die jeden Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück für uns zubereitet hat. Besonders die marokkanischen Crêpes und Pancakes waren ein Highlight, dazu gab es frischen Orangensaft und Früchte – einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Residenz nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour autant les grand que les petits. La propriétaire est très très sympathique et surtout réactive. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et même encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo. La piscine et plus grande en vrai que sur les photos. Maison très propre et on s’y sent comme à la maison Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait des petites attentions pour les enfants , des boissons et de l’eau au frais . Le gardien est adorable et dès que l’ont a besoins de quelque choses on lui demande dans l’heures il vous l’apporte. Nous avons eux également de la part de la propriétaire plein de petites adresses. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter . Merci milles fois pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

This villa is a dream!!! Its spacious, clean and admirable villa with amazing small details. Big pool to swim and a space to do eat next to it. Oumaima was a wonderful host with amazing communication. She even helped me to set up a surprise birthday table for my mother birthday with decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have all supplies available in the kitchen. Private parking for your car. So much security and privacy. Best bargain. The small shops are near the villa no need to drive. You will love to stay in this villa. We missed it when we left from this place. Once again thank you oumaima for everything. You are the best!!

Fantastic stay, please note for future travel, address copied from clipboard is different to the actual address so be aware when marking into maps for navigation. Lovely villa, secure and peaceful. Large, tidy, clean space, beautiful bedrooms and communal area with great balcony. 25 -30 min drive from city centre. Best cappuccino I ever had from a place called cappuccino not far from centre. Maryam was a great responder, late at night, early in morning and has great connections / referrals. Great weekend

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yahya's place! The villa is so spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are really comfy and the villa feels really safe. Yahya was always on hand to answer questions and help with anything. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect and meant our two children spent many happy hours in it! We also chose to have 3 dinners made at the villa by two ladies who cooked delicious food - would really recommend this service. The location is remote, but it is not far from the main road and then it is an easy drive to the supermarket (Carrefour is 15 mins drive) and then 10 minutes further to the centre of Marrakech. We hired a car at the airport. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. La villa est magnifique avec une décoration soignée et une ambiance très agréable. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement sympathiques et réactifs, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Le gardien nous a accueillis chaleureusement et s’est montré très compréhensif tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à cette villa et à l’accueil exceptionnel, notre famille a vécu des vacances mémorables. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent confort, beauté et hospitalité.

Super host and apartment in a nice part of Gueliz. The communication was excellent and ongoing with lots of follow up and care. The apartment was very clean and is on a lovely street and close to all. The host left a fresh bowl of fruit and water for arrival. All was excellent!
