Our family truley enjoyed our stay. A very peaceful getaway, the grandkids had lots of fun. Susan responded quickly to any questions I had. I look forward to returning.

This property offered such amazing river views and we loved watching the sun rises and sets with all the gorgeous wildlife. The house was super awesome and cozy, loved loved this place and I will be recommending this lovely gem to my friends and other fam. We will definitely be back again to soak up some sun and get some poolside fun in, thank you so much for all the wonderful memories!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was absolutely perfect. We actually live next door to this property and can personally say it’s as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. Our A/C went out in our home suddenly which caused us to book literally last minute on the day of the stay and the host was overwhelming accommodating to me and my family. If your looking for a beautiful country and peaceful home this would be a perfect place.

This was the perfect place to stay close to town but still felt private.

Our stay at Warren’s Bear Cabin on Sparks Lake in Nacogdoches, TX was wonderful and we highly recommend it. The “neat as a new pin” and very well appointed Bear Cabin is lakeside (great for fishing/hiking along the bank or just relaxing on the deck) in this bucolic setting), nestled on the slope of a rolling hill overlooking Sparks Lake; secluded and peaceful. Warren was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. We will definitely stay again (if available) when in Nacogdoches; a rare and enjoyed find.

This lake house was the perfect Spring Break getaway for our family of four, plus our senior dog. My 2 teenage boys loved the kayaks and discovering some goats on the nearby island . The dock is very relaxing and we enjoyed spending time there each day. The owners gave quick and helpful communication throughout our stay. The house is clean and homey with everything you need (and things you haven't thought you'd need as well) and I appreciated the well organized and labeled cabinets and small touches. The beds were heavenly and we all slept well! We would 100% rent this awesome place again in the future. Thank you to the hosts for having us!

Lovely property on a beautiful lake in the woods of east Texas. Great lake for fishing as it is one of the newest reservoirs in Texas and it was well-planned for both fishing and recreation. Lots of great places to eat 20 minutes away in Nacogdoches, which also has a Walmart Supercenter for groceries, fishing tackle, etc.

Every time I’m in the area I stay here. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Cant say enough good things about Robert and the place. The place was beautiful and peaceful and Robert was incredible about responding to any and all questions we had. 10/10 experience.
