Staying in Davey John's house was amazing, everything you need in a holiday home at your finger tips. I needed to contact the owner (Shane) couple of times and the communication was second to none, very prompt. The location is great for exploring Donegal, loads to beaches nearby and restaurants within a short drive away. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to relax (in the hot tub and newly installed sauna) or an active hiking/walking break. Thank you Shane.

We had a lovely stay at Dolores's Cottage No. 1. We were made to feel right at home by Dolores who showed us how everything worked & gave great recommendations for places to eat/visit. She is a fabulous host - so friendly, responsive and kind. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is an excellent addition too - it is huge and very well maintained. The playground is another big plus & was a big hit with our 2 year old. Location wise - there are multiple beaches a short drive away & it's only a few minutes drive to the local Lidl and nearby restaurants in Milford.

2nd time staying at Ryan’ and Olivia’s place. As beautiful as the first time with an added hot tub and outdoor dining area, and kids swings 😍 Our kids loved every second. I’m sure this won’t be our last visit. Thank you so much ❤️

Beautifully located lakeside property. Spacious private outside area with hot tub, fire pit with amazing views over the lake. Good layout with good sized living space for 6 people. 3 good sized double rooms & en suite or bathroom next to each. Beds very comfortable. The mezzanine bedroom has screen for privacy & we took portable black out blinds which worked well, however a sleep mask is provided. Well equipped kitchen for self catering & second fridge in the utility room for drinks. Nice bottle of bubbles on arrival. Great host. Super location for exploring with easy access to many beaches & local towns. Great pub close by.

A lovely stay in Mairead and Hugh’s beautiful cottage! The house is utterly gorgeous – comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely, cosy, rustic vibe. The interior decor is stunning with lots of thoughtful touches like the giant claw foot bathtub and the big fluffy pillows. The view from the garden is phenomenal and we spent a lovely evening in the hot tub watching the sun go down! Mairead and Hugh were the perfect hosts – helpful when we needed them but never invasive, and the homemade wheaten bread and jam that was waiting for us was a lovely welcoming touch! All in all a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back some time.

Joe was awesome & such a pleasure for us to deal with! He made the stay a lot more relaxing & got us a taxi for dinner, couldn’t recommend Joe & his lodge enough!! We will definitely be back

Ronnie's place great, efficient and fast to go in and out, loads of space and was warm! the balcony with the view on river was great bonus. Would come back and recommend

We had a beautiful stay in Faughan cottage with our 2 year old son and dog. Sarah and Chris were very welcoming and accomodating, great hosts. The cottage was perfect for a toddler - baby gates, high chairs, a games room. We really couldn't ask for more. The gardens were gorgeous and again, great for kids (the sand pit was a hit). The bed was so comfy, we had a great night's sleep every night. We had all we needed in the cottage and nearby. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sarah and Chris!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Great for peace and quiet with stunning views of mountains and sea. Very close to lots of places to visit in Donegal. Brian and Siobhan are ideal hosts. They had lots of good recommendations for a range of activities and places to eat. The house has everything and very comfortable. We’d be delighted to go back again and highly recommend it.

A lovely cottage set in a beautiful little valley, surrounded by fields and animals - exactly what we were looking for!

A fantastic stay at Rosies Cottage for my whole family & our dog. We felt instantly at home & the cottage was super clean & so homely. Made even better by wonderful hosts always happy to help with any local information etc. Close to some beautiful attractions without feeling to touristy. Would definitely recommend & we will mostly certainly go back again.

Lovely cottage , stunning views all around , very close to amazing beach and lots of viewpoints. Wee shop just couple of mins drive with most essentials and there is a bar with nice food just 7 mins down the road . Great place If you are looking to switch off and enjoy some peace and quiet.

We stayed in Daisy Cottage with family as a gift for our Mum’s 60th birthday - we wanted somewhere we could bring our 2 dogs & relax with family near the beach. We had a fantastic time & the hosts were great at keeping in contact if we had any queries & making sure we had everything we needed! Bernadette was there to greet us when we arrived & made us feel very welcome! The cottage was private which we loved & Tramore beach was only a 3 min drive away which was by far our favourite spot! We had the best day there & came back to enjoy the sunshine at the cottage. It felt like a home from home & was so cosy with the log burner in the evenings. We would love to come to stay again in the future as it was such a wholesome place to be, stunning surroundings nearby & a great place to spend quality time with loved ones ☺️ Thank-you for a wonderful stay!!

Une maison magnifique, immense, très bien équipée et confortable ! Au-delà de nos attentes, un vrai paradis avec beaucoup de charme, très authentique, très confortable, un immense jardin dans lequel les filles ont pu jouer, et surtout un environnement exceptionnel, carnaween mountains, nous avons fait un bout du blue stack way et ca Donne envie d’en faire plus. Wunderschönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Anne hat uns super flexibel einchecken lassen und war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Brot, Marmelade und süße Snacks. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Just back from a great stay at Gracie John's cottage. The cottage is stunning and very comfortable. Great location too if you plan to visit local areas such as Annagry, Gweedore and Dungloe. Christina was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend.

If your looking for the Irish experience Cecil’s cottage is the perfect setting, remote but all you need within a 5 min drive…. Unfortunately we weren’t blessed with the weather but we soon forgot about that when we arrived to a roaring peat stove and a view that you could never tire off… Communication with the family was very prompt and helpful…. If we plan to be in Buncrana in the future, Cecil’s cottage is where we will be….. Thanks to all the family….👏🏻👏🏻

Der Aufenthalt im Old Byre war für uns und die Kinder wunderschön. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und die Kinder konnten draußen Ball spielen und die Lämmer füttern. Eddie und Alice waren sehr nette Gastgeber.

House was fantastic…..perfect for our gang of 8! Really well kitted out in the kitchen, everything felt very new & spotlessly clean with lovely welcome of coffee, bread etc. The view from the deck was the best bit…..we loved it, despite the wet Irish ‘summer’ weather 😜 Thanks to Mary & Tommy for a lovely stay 👌🥰

Tania was great, really responsive, let us know where to book. We are familiar with the area, but if not Tania was ready with recommendations. The place was child friendly, spotless, and really homely, as well as sheep nearby for the kids to say morning and goodnight to (highlight of the break for them!).
