Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Private Guest Suite is situated DOWNSTAIRS INSIDE OUR HOME, a 3-minute walk to a long beautiful sandy beach, perfect for swimming while looking onto a picture perfect Kapiti Island. Relax in your separate access bedroom with private bathroom and fall asleep listening to the sounds of the sea. Includes a private spa area in a secluded nook surrounded by mature gardens. Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.
