This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!
