The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and stunning natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique cast iron fireplace. Cap the evening sharing stories under the cool night sky gathered 'round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Lil Cabin in the Valley/no pets

We offer a 1.6 acre charming cabin close to Reeds Gap State Park and Bald Eagle State Forest. Bald Eagle has 193,000 acres of public land, hiking trails and fly fishing in Penns Creek. Swimming, beach and kayaking at Poe Valley State Park. Mountain biking and DCNR sport motorcycle trails. 40 minutes to State College, 15 minutes off of Rte 322, Milroy or Reedsville Exit. Relax and rock on the front porch or swing on the swing in the trees. You may enjoy dinner on the deck or in the woods.

Mount Pleasant Cabin is located among beautiful woods and farmland. It is off a gravel side road which gives you lots of peace and quiet. A covered bridge nearby and wildlife add to the experience. Tuscarora State Forest and Colonel Denning State Park have nice hiking trails. Blain is the closest town where you will find Fowlers Hollow Park, Kings Bakery, Earth’s Delights, Conoco View Dairy, Blain Market, and Wise Dry Goods. Surrounded by many outdoor activities to choose from including kayaking, hiking at state parks, and only 20 minutes from the Port Royal Speedway. Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

You Can have a seat on the large porch overlooking the Conodoguinet creek and enjoy watching nature , watch your kids playing and splashing in the creek , make dinner with the BBQ grill on the back patio or be just plain lazy !
