The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. The Barn is tucked away in a private courtyard set back on a picturesque and quiet lane that leads towards the village high street. Steeped in history and oozing character, it dates back to the 18th century. Vaulted ceilings and old beams frame the bedrooms which are furnished with an ornate bed/sofa bed/Egyptian cotton bed linen in a combination of dusky pinks/greys all in a shabby chic style. Chandeliers, silk bedspread, Farrow & Ball paint and Bamford Botanical sustainably made toiletries.
