The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. This home is newer, very clean and nicely furnished, master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom also have a queen bed, Washer and dryer in home. Everything provided for a comfortable stay, with outdoor table and small BBQ.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! There's room for everyone in this well appointed home! Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.
