Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Our family is moving into our 3rd generation of enjoying this 300-plus acre farm. It offers lots of space and a century old farmhouse for peaceful country nights. Bring your walking shoes to explore as numerous trails are available. We also have three well-stocked tanks for fishing. Separate from the house rental, we also have Syler Hall, a barn that's perfect for events, such as weddings and family celebrations. We have reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and fridge. we have cable and wi-fi. we have instant hot water so you will not run out of hot water while you try out our fabulous walk in tub. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4.
