The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

We had a lovely time. . The apartment is beautiful and homely, the photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect, few minutes walk from all the main attractions. And the view…gorgeous. We are planning to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Wow, just wow. I don't normally write reviews but I'm having to so that I can share just what a wonderful and reasonably priced property this is. There are genuine sea views from the living/dining room window and the flat itself is superb. We stayed as a couple so didn't use the spare bedroom or utilise the family bathroom properly but the main bedroom had tons of storage space, was well designed and loads of space. The ensuite was fantastic. We both loved the shower; so much better than the one at home. The kitchen was immaculate with Smeg kettle, toaster and fridge. All the utensils required for self catering seemed to be there and it was a more of less perfect small kitchen for our purposes. The living room was a great size and far too big for just two. It would definitely fit a family of 4 and the cuddle chair would go down a treat with most teen-agers who want to be left alone with their devices. Access was easy and the instructions idiot proof. Off street parking was great

Fantastic apartment that has recently been refurbished and the pool table is a nice touch. The photos don't really do it justice as it is much bigger and airier than it looks on the advertisement. Comfy beds and the place was spotlessly clean. Tina responded quickly to any queries we had. With regards to parking, you may not always get parked directly outside, but there was always somewhere to park nearby - and for free. The beach is a few minutes walk down steps and nearly each room in the apartment has a sea view! There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes walk - the Thai fusion restaurant - Coco & Rum was particularly good. We'll definitely be booking Sandy View apartment again in the near future. Highly recommended!

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boiling House. The house has a lovely homely feel, was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. David was a really welcoming host, giving us a quick tour of the house before leaving us to it. The bottle of Prosecco was a well appreciated touch! We'd love to return. Thank you David!

Lobster Cottage was a lovely, cost cottage in a great location. The cottage was well equipped and has everything we needed! It was a short walk from the beach and Cod & Lobster, would definitely recommend to friends and family. The only thing to be aware of is the parking for those less able to get around as this was up the hill from the cottage and it could get busy on the streets (I think would apply to most accommodations in Staithes!). Thanks for a great stay!

Had a lovely stay at the Old Watch House. Great views of the harbour. Staithes is a beautiful place. You do need to be fit to handle the hill out of the village and also paths around the village itself to get the best out of the area. Of the house itself it was everything we needed the only thing I would ask is that Clare considers replacing the sofas in the sitting room. Well used and quite uncomfortable after a short period of time in them. However the house was clean and well appointed. Bathrooms were lovely and clean and modern. We were very happy with the booking and house. We had a lovely family holiday with our teenage kids.

We had such a restful stay, felt right at home the minute we walked in. The views were stunning and really allowed you to relax.

Brilliant stay with the family for Christmas. Emma was so kind to leave a bottle of Prosecco. We would definitely recommend.

Sara's place is a nice place to stay very handy for town and funicular down to or up from pier and front.Saltburn is a quaint place to stay for a few days,a number of nice places to eat and drink.

Great stay for families, felt cosy and relaxed with lovely welcome cake and milk for a cuppa after a long journey. Fab for exploring coast and has good local amenities (right next to a bakery and above a lovely gift and coffee shop). Very clean and tidy & we appreciated the well stocked book shelf and board game selection. We would stay again when in the area!

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Had a problem with the shower waste, spoke to Gary, problem resolved within hours. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here as the property was perfectly located on the Redcar beachfront, with Saltburn 10min down the road and Middlesborough 20 min away.
