Lovely stay! Right next to the pub for a quick pint, overlooks the river in Great Ayton, and a coffee shop down the road. Jenny was also a lovely host in communicating check in and check out. Also the cute little cereal boxes set up on the breakfast table was a lovely touch.

A really beautiful home from home accommodation. Really well maintained and so close to the lovely beach. Thorough video instructions before arriving about every appliance. Welcoming message and the host checked if all was well on arrival. A reminder about booking out to keep the property safe. Well worth the visit and highly recommend Redcar beach caravan park .

This is a great place to stay! The open plan living/kitchen/dining is stunning and perfect for relaxing while spending time together. We had 7 adults and 1 child in our group and the accommodation was the perfect size for us (not forgetting the dog, who loved wandering between the snug and the living area while being chased by my son!). The kitchen is really well equipped with a modern range cooker and you could comfortably sit 10 round the dining table, if not a couple more! The bedrooms were great sizes, all en-suite, and the backdrop of the fields and views of the coast were simple stunning. Caroline communicated so well with us, checking in to make sure everything was okay for our stay which, of course, it was! The Cleveland way passes directly in the front of the accommodation, thus giving easy access to a great route with fantastic views. We will be back!

Lovely place, dog friendly. I think 10Am check out is too early though and most places do it. Just means I had to rush out.

I rented jumies house for more than 6 months, from day one, she did everything to make you feel welcome, always answering your questions and always checking if she could help or do anything to make the stay more comfortable. for me the house really became a home away from home. I will any day rent from Jumie again... with out discussion 10 ⭐️ out of ⭐️

We absolutely loved Mandy’s place in Great Ayton. Perfect for kids and she did it right up for Christmas! We felt right at home being away from home for the holidays. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 (could definitely fit more!) and the outside space was perfect. Walking distance to shops and food, and amazing location for outdoor walks in the woods and to see sheep. ☺️ Mandy was also so welcoming and heartwarming and lovely to communicate with and had essentials ready for us at arrival. So grateful!

We had a lovely stay at Staithes view and what a view it was! Dawn was most kind and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, it's lovely and quiet for a romantic getaway......we had no complaints, easy access to Easington, Staithes, Salt burn and Whitby by car, we will back in the spring/summer.....Thank you Dawn xx

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Parlour. Debbie was an extremely helpful and kind host. We were met with fresh eggs, milk and other goodies. The space was perfect for our family of four. Our boys loved the cosy bedroom with the bunk beds and the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was very welcome for the kids to blow of steam. There are a selection of great beaches 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Highly recommended.
