My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

Shower head needs to be updated very dark inside owners need to do a lot of update

Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Private entry, felt secure! We could have not asked for a more perfect accommodation! We would definitely stay at Richards place again!!!

Cute little duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. Good for two people or a couple with a kid or 2. Fairly quiet neighborhood that was convenient to get around to lots of places. AC worked great and kitchen and baths were supplied with just about anything you might need or want. The condiments were well supplied and disposable dish ware a nice plus.

This home was perfect for the 2 of us, very comfy and felt like home! Quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities. Hoping it will be available if we ever get back down to Florida!!

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

This was my husband and I’s first trip together with our infant (almost a year old). Audrey made the whole process so positive and her home is beautiful and so peaceful. Our baby was right at home and so were my husband and I! If you want a nice, relaxing, beautiful home to stay at in the heart of St.Petes and just as close to Tampa… stay here! I cannot recommend this home more. Will definitely be staying here again whenever we are going into St.Petes and will continue to recommend this place to my family. Thank you Audrey! :)

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

Our stay this beautiful Largo home was fantastic. The house itself met and exceeded our expectations with clean, airy, inviting details. We loved the pool with ample chairs for adults and swimming fun for kids, especially. it was great to stay at "home" a few days during the week, rather than running around. We used the kitchen and BBQ, and also relaxed on the lanai. our party of six easily drove to the gorgeous local beaches and attractions. we definitely recommend this property!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

Joe was a great host, super communicative and available. His place was sparkling clean and close to everything I needed to do while there. Loved having the washer and dry and appreciated all the goodies he left throughout the house. I would absolutely stay again if I return the area. Thank you for everything!

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Had a great time. Literally could not get closer to the beach. Great restaurants very close. Had some questions when we arrived and Kelley answered them all. We’ll be back!

My friend and I loved staying here! It was perfect for a few days and the view was amazing. It was peaceful and centrally located to everything we wanted to do from St Petersburg, to Clearwater and Tampa. We were able to make our own breakfast and it was a plus to be able to do our laundry.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!
