The cottage is well equipped and furnished to a good standard, as seen in the photos.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

We are offering our lovely pool house in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Surrey. Nestled between our wonderful pond and stunning pool, which is heated from May to October, our pool house is perfect for relaxing, taking in nature and chilling out. There is a hot tub available all year round. This is separate from our beautiful lodge and benefits from free parking. The pond and waterfall is just perfect to sit and reflect or picnic by.

A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!).
