We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need, including a luxurious walk in shower. The hosts could not be nicer and even gave us a lift to the wedding reception we were attending. A very pleasant short stay. Highly recommended! The Palmer family - Oxford

We had a super couple of days staying for the Brighton marathon. Easy travel into Brighton from Hassocks. Beautiful walks around the Jack and Jill Windmills and South Downs Way.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

My partner and I had the most amazing experience staying at Tracy’s Airbnb. From the moment we booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. One of the standout aspects of our stay was how she helped us decorate the complex – she truly made our vision come to life and put so much care into every detail. It felt so personal and thoughtful, which made our time there even more special. The space itself was absolutely spotless. You could tell Tracy takes a lot of pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Every room was immaculate, fresh, and so welcoming. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Finding the place was super easy, too – clear directions and great communication made checking in a breeze. And when it comes to value, it couldn’t have been better. For everything that was included – the space, the amenities, the beautiful decor, and Tracy’s incredible support – the price was perfectly reasonable too. Thank you again!!

What a view! Amazing views across the countryside behind the property. Very welcoming hosts who greeted me on arrival and made sure I had what I needed. Cottage was cosy with everything I needed. Bed linen was lovely. Wi-Fi provided good internet access. Kitchen was well equipped for a small cottage and I was able to cook what I wanted for evening meals. Would definitely recommend and return again myself

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. The property was excellent and just a short walk from local pubs/restaurants.

Julia’s cabin was perfect for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nifty little hob and microwave and Julia was incredibly generous and had fresh milk for us to have a cuppa tea straight away after checking in. It was comfortable and great to relax, sleep and cook/administrate in and Julia herself was incredibly fast to respond and just lovely. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Chichester, just be advised that the bed is relatively short so if you’re over 6’2, it may not be for you (only potential negative of this place)!

Everything we needed. A cute little annex which had everything we needed for our short stay. Easy to find, clear instructions and in a perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay here for our wedding anniversary. It is spotless, and Linda has thought of everything that you could need - she was also on hand if we ran out of anything or needed to ask any questions. The hot tub was probably the best we’ve ever stayed in! Our only regret was not staying longer, but we’ll definitely be returning :) Thanks for a wonderful break. Rosie & Dave x

Emma was a great host from the start - very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations! Place was also very well looked after and had everything we could have asked for!

We stayed two glorious days, visited Arundel, Chichester and had lots of walks on the beach. The Cabin is very well appointed. So many thoughtful touches and goodies for us to enjoy. Mike and Sarah were delightful from start to finish. We highly recommend this delightful place! Thank you!

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰

This is our second stay and I hope not the last. It's a lovely place and so safe and quiet. Deborah & Phil are lovely people too. 5 stars all the way, can't beat that!! :)

We had a wonderful time staying at Karen and Charlie’s Studio flat. It’s very comfortable, cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really pleased it had parking too. We were also very appreciative of the milk and eggs waiting for us when we arrived. The studio is in a very quiet and peaceful location yet only a short walk to local amenities. Communication with our hosts was great, very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a fabulous weekend. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.
