Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Goodwood, Cowdray and Witterings beaches are close by while the train takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. There are garden games, a tree swing, tree house, firepit and football to enjoy while the pool and tennis court are available from late May until the end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

The Barn – Surrey Countryside Escape

The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
