A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Romantic getaway. Large, comfortable queen bedroom/bath on Threlkeld Farm (circa 1828). Civil War buffs will enjoy being at the edge of the Brandy Station Battlefield and near the Graffiti House Museum, and St James Church. It's a great base for visiting historic sites nearby in Culpeper. This is horse country and the Warrenton Hunt sometimes hunt the farm. Wonderful resturants and history to explore in Culpeper County Virginia. We are in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Private.

John Pope Cabin Browntown Va. We now have Starlink

Our cabin, located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains is uniquely positioned overlooking a large open field where hawks hunt and bears leisurely stroll. Our neighbors have horses that peer over the fence (nosy) pet them but don’t feed them, please. Our cabin was built in 1865 by a Confederate soldier returning from the Civil War. Eleven children were born and raised in John Pope Cabin. Our cabin is rustic. An inviting front porch with swing is waiting for you @walnuthillcabin

Bison Farm - Cabin "Vieja"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. The kitchen has a full size stove / oven, a microwave, a full size refrigerator and freezer. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. It is most likely that they will be roaming on other pastures than the one near your cabin.
