There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

This is a smoke and pet free property.

Five mins away is Parnell, the Domain, and the Newmarket shopping centre, which offers 240 stores, rooftop dining, and a train station. 8 mins to Mission Bay/Kohi/St Heliers Beaches.
