This is by far the most perfect stay I’ve had with my family. Clean and spacious house and good parking space. Would definitely consider this as my first option if I’m back in Kluang. And would recommend those with a group of 10 people to stay here. Fancy homestay style? This is the place!

Definitely will book again for my next visit to Kluang! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. The bathroom was spacious with great lighting, making it very comfortable to use. I especially appreciated the built-in water dispenser in the kitchen. The living room was a great space for friends and family to gather — perfect for singing K or just relaxing and watching TV together. The only minor issues were the slightly noisy fans in the living room and the last bedroom, and the KTV system was occasionally unstable. But overall, a great stay!

Firstly thanks to the host that hospitality my trip this time . Very prompt reply from host on the property direction , instructions upon my trip . Nice n cozy place . Amenities all provided as per posted . Rooms and all entire house are clean . Location are great in guarded neighbourhood. Easy n convenient as near by got shop n supermarket. Overall very happy and enjoy staying here and will revisit if I'm back kulai again . And thanks to host again for the great assist .

I have stayed here for 2nd time and it was satisfying. Great house theme and suitable for photography sessions. Clean and tidy. Private pool is inside the house and accessible anytime. Great for kids.

This place is very clean, very nice. I like the decor of the house where it's so simple yet feel like home. Recommend to those looking for a short stay in Kulai. Extremely nice and responsive hosts too!

The place is cosy and well designed. Host is very friendly and nice. Always answer to my request. All shampoo and bodywash are provided for each room. They also have mahjong table and ktv room for entertainment. Also can do outdoor bbq as a grill is provided. Very family friendly. 10/10 recommendation will definitely book again!

Vivon is definitely a good owner and she is very responsive with the questions and queries. I have also special requests to setup canopy for my husband's birthday Buffet Dinner due on recent raining day, Vivon has approved it too. I really appreciated it coz most my family members are junior tee and elderly people. There is an issues on the aircond too and they fixed it immediately on the same day as well upon we checked in. There is iron, iron board, two hair dryers available placed on first floor too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here so much and thank you Vivon for the host! We will definitely recommend to the other friends too!

Farhana is very nice and helpful, and the place is very nice. Only drawback was how the mattresses were a little thin- which unfortunately made the bed a bit hard to sleep on, and the glasses and cups in the kitchen were dusty, but we managed just fine. Overall the stay was great! Easy to get around, and very peaceful all around. Would recommend, and would come back again.
