The beds were very comfortable! it was walking distance to my favorite restaurant in Hutchinson.

Perfect environment for my stay and close proximity to the Sports Arena. Fenced in back yard was perfect for a quick in and out for the dogs because of my tight schedule. Washer and dryer added to the overall experience. Never really had time to use the kitchen or the deck, but both nice amenities if needed. Believe it or not...ice trays in freezer was one of the little things that made my days. Buck bed was comfortable which was a plus. Hope to book for next visit unless travel party size increases. Hank's House was perfect.

Great place for 3 families to stay while snowing at the state fair. Will be back next year.

Randall was great about reaching out to make sure we got in OK. He also went the extra mile for us: i messaged him to say we'd forgotten our little travel blender, and he made sure we had a blender when we got there. It was much appreciated and a great effort.

This was a charming home, it was perfect for our family to hangout and visit for the weekend. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and cozy home in a great location.

Kelly Anne's place was absolutely great for us and the dogs. Besides how great the inside was, the outside yard was well- maintained and secure for the dogs to run and explore. We had a slight problem with the AirBnB messages only going through from one end, but we were able to circumvent around that to keep in touch and that was an issue with the AirBnB message platform and not our host.

Kelly is an awesome host! Very good at communicating and check in is a breeze. The Airbnb was in a great location, but there were a few weird things about it. Nothing that anyone can help, but just a little weird.

This place is a bargain. We have stayed in this place several times. It has NEVER disappointed us. It is exactly as advertised and fits our needs perfectly. Kelly Anne is always very responsive and is very accomodating. Her person that cleans the space does an excellent job. It was spotless. She had to hurry to get the place ready for us in time but she did it. Kudos to Kelly Anne as well as the person that cleans. Top Notch!

Great place to stay based on what we needed. Definitely priced perfectly and exactly what we were looking for.
