We absolutely loved our stay at Allison’s home! It truly felt like a home away from home. The gas fireplace created the perfect cozy atmosphere, and the walking trail behind the house was ideal for peaceful evening strolls after dinner. Allison was incredibly responsive, and we really appreciated her clear communication and flexibility throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay at Katherine's house. The driveway was large, easy parking, and it made loading and unloading the car very convenient. We walked to the park at the end of the block, a large grassy area that my dog really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to get to. I was able to meet Katherine, she is a wonderful, friendly host.

great house... but rude neighbors. if there wasn't a dog barking from 10pm - 5am there was loud music being played with a lot of bass into the wee hours of the morning.

Morgan’s place oozes aesthetic! From the spice rack and flavorings for coffee, to the spa like bathrooms, Morgan has thought about the little details that make a difference. Soft towels, fuzzy blankets and comfortable furniture created an inviting atmosphere. My family loved it! Quiet neighborhood but centrally located, this was a perfect place to spend our time. We didn’t need the yard which is still under construction, but if it turns out anything like the house it will be a pleasant and peaceful place to relax. Morgan is very responsive and we had no issues with communication. We highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at Megan's house in Reno and had a positive experience. The location was excellent! It was not too far from downtown, and we enjoyed a nice view from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We appreciated the three bedrooms and the comfortable living area. The first night was a bit cold for us because the batteries in the thermostat were very low, causing the temperature to cycle on and off. I bought new batteries and replaced them next day, which resolved the issue. The shower drain in the living room bathroom was blocked at that time, resulting in slow drainage, so we all had to use the shower in the master bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay. Will stay there again^^

The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had a homey feel to it. This was a weekend for just my daughter & I and we actually sat at the dining room table & ate. That was a great feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything that we needed. James was friendly & answered my questions honestly & personably. I really appreciated his input. Thank You! We will definitely rent this house from James again in the future.

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

We loved staying at Laurent & Josephine's. The kitchen was probably our favorite since we love cooking. It was very well stocked with everything you needed and then some. Their house was comfortable and nicely decorated with personal touches that made you feel at home. We all appreciated the comfy beds and clean bathrooms that were well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Lots of places nearby that made it easy to get out and about. Our pup loved the property, too! She constantly begged to go outside and play in the snow. The nice big backyard was perfect for bringing your dog! Laurent & Josephine were great communicators. We enjoyed being able to get there a little early and leave a little later too! Thanks for the flexible check-ins & outs! We loved our stay and would recommend it for your stay in North Tahoe!

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

Tammy and Phil are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating to our needs, and the house was fully and thoughtfully prepared. Our stay was amazing, with a perfect mix of snowy and sunny weather, allowing us to truly experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Their place is wonderfully quiet and offers easy access to Mt. Rose and downtown Incline Village. Reserved parking is conveniently located right in front of the house, so there’s no need for a long walk. Tammy and Phil also provided a helpful guide with local restaurant recommendations, activities, and tourist attractions, which was especially useful for first-time visitors. We for sure will be back in the future!

The unit was everything we needed for a late spring skiing weekend at Northstar, incredibly close to the resort with a shuttle stop right outside. The unit was as described and depicted, and Jared was communicative / provided clear instructions for check in and check out.

The place was great for all of us who stayed there. We utilized both of the living room spaces and enjoyed the fantastic layout of the house both inside and out. The only downside was the pool table is bad at best. Compared to the house it's very cheaply made and playing actual pool is impossible. Overall we really enjoyed the house and had great communication from Ian!

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! We had the best time at this ski chalet. Perfect location to enjoy Incline Village and all that Tahoe has to offer.

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

Rachelle’s space was cute and cozy, perfect for a weekend business trip. She was super communicative as well which I appreciated! Would stay again!

The cabin is in a great location where you can walk down to the lake and several resorts. Safeway is a very short drive away, as are gas stations and superchargers. I think this is a perfect place for group trips because of the large public spaces. There are a couple large, cozy living rooms where you can gather. Same goes for the patio and balcony. The ping pong table was a great bonus!

We had a wonderful stay here! Henry was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great home for a family stay and close to kings beach and Northstar. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and bonus points for having a rice cooker available. Would stay here again!

A great place to stay at, very pleasant and welcoming. Amazingly stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen utensils, condiments, emergency kit, flu season supplies extra blankets, even a boot warmer! Very kind host and attentive. We loved it so much!

We had a lovely week working remotely from the cabin and enjoying all Tahoe has to offer on our off time! The cabin was cozy, comfortable and well equipped. There is a nice walking trail in the neighborhood and it’s right near King’s Bay and 15 min from Truckee and Tahoe City. Loved seeing the snow, birds, squirrels and trees through the windows.

My small family and I stayed here for a few days while our home was being remodeled and we really enjoyed it! The amenities are great. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home and there’s a park and coffee shop close by. The place was really easy to find and getting into! Definitely recommend.

Hillary was a great host. Great communication and made herself available for any questions. The place was just as described and matched the photos. Cozy and relaxing.
