This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Overlooking beautiful Burden Lake, the gem of the Rensselaer Plateau, Hummingbird Cottage is a peaceful, comfortable, adorable vacation home. Famous for clear water and year-round fishing, Burden Lake is the largest lake in Rensselaer County. Kayaks & canoes are provided. Centrally located 20 min from Albany, 40 min from Saratoga, 30 min from the Berkshires, & a 1 mile paddle to Kay’s Pizza! See eagles, ospreys, and, yes, hummingbirds!
