We had a lovely time staying at Peter’s place. It was very clean, well set up and as described from the listing. It was nice and quiet. Surrounded by lovely fields which you could look out to whilst eating. It’s about 10 mins drive to Dunwich and 20-30 mins drive to Southwold so plenty to do nearby. Peter was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would highly recommend to stay here if coming to this area.

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

Very clean and beautiful house

The hosts were really friendly and the place was in great surroundings. We took our dog and the grounds were great for her. The property was a real home from home, well equipped and spotless. Loved it and would highly recommend for a stay in Suffolk.

The accommodation was super beautiful and extremely peaceful. We personally didn’t venture out so I can’t comment on local places to see/things to do however a booklet was provided with heaps of information. Scott was responsive and allowed for a slightly later check out which really made a difference to our morning. I already can’t wait to come back and relax in the scenic views in the serenity of an air conditioned room!

The Three Tuns was a perfect small studio/cottage for our stay. We were working in the local area for a week, and having our own place to stay with a kitchen and space to relax was important. The space was very clean, and very easy to access, and check in was very smooth. good location - short drive from Woodbridge and close to other nice towns and great walking areas. An unexpected plus was that it was next to 'Vidahaus' cafe, which meant we could get a nice coffee in the morning.

We had a great time during our stay at the High Garden. The property is large and offers plenty of room for a large group - we had 6 adults, 3 children and a dog and were comfortable during our trip. The property is very well located - the Roman ruins are within walking distance and the beach is a 10 min drive. There are also plenty of shops within a short driving distance if you forget anything. The hot tub is an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone that is considering this property - perfect for families/large groups and dog friendly.

This house was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with everything we could need for our stay. There is so much space and lovely comfy large sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate and having en-suite for each one was a real treat! We were very lucky with the weather and managed to sit out in the garden in the sun. The location is incredible being just a few minutes walk from the beach and in the heart of Southwold. We will definitely be back as we all felt it was a luxurious stay in our favourite place! We had a bit of trouble working the heating when we arrived but help came very quickly once we contacted Durrants and it was all sorted.

Rebecca and her partner we absolutely lovely. she helped us check in and gave us recommendations on places to eat and local walks. the place was lovely and peaceful, clean and overall had a great time. we were suprised by the little gifts left, had fresh eggs from the chickens along with lots of other food. thanks again we had a great weekend.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Julie and Graham on arrival. The property was set in beautiful surroundings separate from the owners with patio doors leading from the bedroom to a private secluded paved seating area overlooking the orchard. We were not bothered by the busy road nearby, having originally grown up in London! It was immaculately clean and tidy with a fast and easy to operate heating system if needed and a complete tv package like no other! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The extremely generous welcome pack was unlike no other we have ever had before and included home made jams, marmalades, chutneys, a simnel cake, plus more than enough other items to make a fully cooked breakfast the next morning. All local produce as well as some yummy treats! A warm and comforting property ideally located for us to explore and visit other parts of that area of the country. A place we would definately hope to stay in again in the future.

We had an amazing time here and would fully recommend this stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, decorated amazingly and the hot tub and garden was really the icing on the cake. Our rooms were comfy and spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The home has modern technology throughout which added an extra level of luxury. We all fitted in comfortably and truly have not a bad word to stay about our stay. We all were blown away with the presentation and will certainly be back. Two of us celebrated birthdays and what a fabulous place to do so! Thank you for such an amazing weekend xx

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

Had two nights in accommodation with three friend so pleased to find a property with four double beds. Very comfortable house and we loved sitting out on patio in the sun when we arrived. Also used local coffee shop Grounded and Unthank Arms for a meal both very good. Easy to walk into city and parking at address all good.
