Cosy cottage with SAUNA. Excellent location.

Exellent location between Airport (30 min.) and Reykjavík (15.min Central). The Cottage is downtown Hafnarfjörður, close to the harbour, a walking distance from Restaurants, Coffee shops, Tourist info, cute little shops, supermarket and a central bus stop. Taking a SAUNA after a long day is a real treat and the "outside" shower (with hot and cold water) is a great experience. Private guest-house in Reykjavík

Our cozy guest-house is located by our home in Rekjavík. There we are only a two minute walk from the beautiful nature of the valley of the river Elliðaár with tracks for walking and running. Close by we also have the local swimming pool with jacuzzis, slides, saunas and a gym, and only a few minutes walk to the low price supermarket. The drive to downtown Reykjavík is about 10-15 min and 30-40 min by bus. The bus stop is just a few steps away. Registration nr. HG-00018365

The Aspen Annex

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!

A beautiful cottage, close to town and the Thingvalla national park. It is situated beside the museum of Nobel winner Halldór Laxness - and thus on the Golden Circle. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, shower, Wifi and modern amenities. An experience for tourists or artists looking for inspiration and peace. High probability for Northern Lights, just step outside. Close to the national park, paths and the Reykjanes volcanos. Only 20 min. from Reykjavik centre.
