Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! The northern lights dance freely in the sky during the winter. Cottage in the countryside but only 10 km. outside of Reykjavík. Ideal for going on day trips and exploring the main pearls of Iceland. Close to beautiful water and beautiful hiking trails. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, this beautiful location is an experience.

It has a SleepWell memory foam King-size bed and full curtains to ensure you get the best night's sleep. The apartment is on the second floor and the bedroom is well protected from the buzz of downtown. The living room invites you to listen to records on the Bluetooth Yamaha Sound-Theater and watch shows or movies on the Big 65" TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime included. Enjoy!!

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Middle of nowhere, and yet it is only 22 km. drive from Reykjavik center. Many points of interest are within easy reach like the Golden Circle.

Perfect base near the highways to the primary tourist locations such as Thingvellir, Gullfoss, Geysir and the South Coast with the waterfalls, glaciers etc. Comfy one mattress bed (160x200cm=63x79in), tiny new bathroom, a kitchenette to make simple meals in the living room as well as a TV with Netflix. Esjuberg Farm-Sleep with horses & mountain hike

Welcome to the newly renovated farmhouse in Esjuberg, where you sleep by the roots of the mountain. This house truly has it all, from a beautiful ocean view, horses in the backyard, and a phenomenal view over Reykjavik. Esjuberg plays a big part in a very interesting Icelandic Viking story called the Kjalnesinga Saga. In this story, a woman named Esja lived here along with her foster son Búi, who became a very mighty man.
