The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

Hope’s place is a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we needed. Hope was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Elan and Jocelyn were great hosts. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to walk in and have fresh flowers waiting for us. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had!

The stay was perfect. Everything from check in to check out went smooth as can be. The house is immaculate. Extremely clean and new. The picture don’t even do it justice.

We had an amazing trip visiting family. We celebrated the life of a recent loss of a loved one and we were able to have an incredible cookout with family there. The outside was so nice and comfortable for everyone. The ping pong table was a bonus. It was Super close to everything on your list. We visited Newport, Boston, Martha Vineyards and the mansions of Newport.

This house is amazing. She thought of everything: electronic plugs everywhere, makeup mirrors in every room, lots of towels, lots of toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs. Highly recommend!

Six of us came for our college reunion and were blown away by the amazing house. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for solo time and communal time. Wonderful location and all the amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Hedgegate, where we celebrated my sister's bachelorette. The home and yard are beautiful, and there's plenty of space for a larger group of people. The home is also just minutes away from downtown Newport and the Newport Vineyard, making it a great choice if you're looking to explore the town. I would highly recommend this stay -- the hosts are friendly and it's in a beautiful spot with a view of the water!

This was a beautiful place. Very clean. Lots of sleeping space. Lots of open parking spaces. This was a short distance to everything in Newport. Market was 5 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There was a full spice rack. A COMPLETE selection of coffee pods and ground coffee. It was nice to be able to have a nice decaf late at night.

Host was responsive and accommodating. Great way to visit Newport!

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Daniela’s place was beyond our expectations! The grounds were beautiful and the house was spotless. We were traveling with our baby and the home provided a pack n play and a high chair, as well as tons of books and some toys which all made our lives so much easier! The beds were so comfortable and all of the amenities were amazing. We visited in more of the off season and we still had the most amazing time. We hope to come back with friends and family!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Everything was great! Fridge was new!! Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was crystal clear and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 women using a few air mattresses. Walk to beach. Not really. We dropped our stuff off at Kelly beach. And got and Uber back to the beach! That wasn’t so bad. Beach is really rocky but beautiful and full of shells. All and all we loved the yard and the open space. Very responsive. We had a broken chair was replaced the next day with 4 new ones. From a really nice macitence guy! Thank you

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

I booked Jason’s place for a girls weekend with some friends and family and we had a blast! The space is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and extremely clean and bright. We were lucky with good weather and also enjoyed sitting outside on the patio in the mornings. This place had everything we needed and just 15 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. One of the rooms upstairs got pretty hot at night, would be good to have an AC unit there but all the other rooms were fine! Jason was also a very responsive host. We had a minor problem with one of the beds and he immediately offered to fix it and also offered some additional space for us if we needed it. Great host!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.
