My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

We had the most relaxing stay for 3 nights, the place was spotlessly clean! Lots of games available to play, the hot tub was amazing! We were very lucky and got some beautiful weather during our stay so the outside seating area and the hot tub was perfect. Mark the host was quick to respond if we needed anything and was a great help! Thank you very much for having us!

Was an amazing, much needed little getaway for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived the host was welcoming and helpful, any questions we had were answered promptly. The whole lodge was tidy, and beautiful. The hot tub was an amazing feature, used it more than once. Nice little touches included a little snack and cans of drink box, the little bottle of milk in the fridge, and the gowns and soft sandal shoes. Will definitely be returning at some point in the near future.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

So nice and relaxed stay, looking to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Ash’s caravan. Great location only a short drive to lytham We had a Slight problem with the hot tub but Ash came and sorted it first thing the next morning. He answered our messages straight away and was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou Ash we will be returning 😊

Denise was extremely helpful and approachable. She took the time to send a few messages to ensure we were clear on check in. Denise welcomed us and showed us to the lodge. The lodge was super clean, well equipped and Denise even supplied the basic condiments, tea, coffee, juice, milk with some welcome biscuits thrown in! The lodge was also dog friendly. The kids loved their bed room and we were all very comfortable. We had a great stay and the lodge more than met our needs. We plan to return.

Booked this as a bit of last minute R & R for my family to end our Easter holidays. From the start Chas was friendly & very helpful providing fabulous food when we arrived. There was open space for our children to play & for us to unwind, the cabin is so cosy & everyone slept so well. The family were on hand to help when we needed, we will most definitely return here!

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. Stopped off here for the night for the zoo in the morning. Maureen was very nice and really helpful with directions. Also gave us some historical insight into the zoo. Great host. Great biscuits aswell! Thank Maureen for a lovely stay.

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful lodge overlooking Pendle Valley, lovely furnishings, bedding, towels. Everything you could think of was available. The view was stunning & loved the outside area, fully enclosed which was great for our 2 dogs & plenty of outdoor seating & table to use. The site was quiet & peaceful and plenty to explore. The perfect Easter break.

This was the best place I’ve stayed in when visiting the Lake District. It was so peaceful and the cabin was immaculate. There’s lovely walks in the area and Windermere is a 15 minute drive away. I wouldn’t change anything about it and will definitely be returning!

This lodge was ideal for the four of us (two dads in their 60s and two sons in their 30s!). It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a beautiful and peaceful setting overlooking a stream with amazing views and several excellent walks from the site. The shop at the entrance to the site and the pub on the site are both worth a visit. We enjoyed visiting Ambleside which is only a short drive away and also Coniston where we walked up the Old Man, Ullswater and Aira Force waterfall. The Queens Head is only a short walk away and we had an excellent meal there. The only slight negative (which the owner had already drawn to our attention) was that the decking at the back overlooking the stream needs replacing as do the railings and fencing surrounding it and possibly also the garden furniture. In all other respects we would very much recommend this lodge.

We just loved it here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The heaters soon warmed the place up at night. The area is loud and full of energy with the little chalet being at the Centre of it. The food at the Baltic Market is outstanding and didn't need to go anywhere else. Enjoyed a lovely walk to the Albert docks. But what made it for us was the Bars and quality drinks (the espresso martinis are amazing), my husband and I forgot we were middle aged and had a really good time! Even our very hard to please teenage daughter loved our little break. It wasn't a quiet peaceful break and we loved it for that! thanks Craig

This place is amazing and all made even better by our amazing host, Jan. She made the week truly amazing and went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had a great trip. The place is so beautiful and peaceful, just a great place to wind down and forget about the day to day stress of work life. Great amenities and we had everything we needed…and Jan was able to provide anything we didn’t have. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, we will definitely be returning!

Cosy little cabin that felt peaceful, relaxing, even though it’s close to the house and a road it felt very private thanks to the heavy planting around the cabin. It had everything we needed, and we were really comfortable throughout our stay. Matthew was friendly and responsive, and we really appreciated all the tips for local walks and places to eat – even if we didn’t get to try them this time. We spent a lovely day at Sizergh Castle, which is just a short drive away – would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful few days staying at the cabin, enjoying the idyllic garden and being immersed in nature. The natural swimming pond had clear water and the showering in a hot outdoor shower before and after was lovely. We didn't get to use the sauna because I had a dry cough so we will just have to go back. Wills's attention to detail inside and out was spot on. It was hard to leave the poolside deck where you could watch sunlight dance on the water, blackbirds washing in the shallows and pond skaters darting about. The cabin itself was well equipped, with a wonderfully crafted interior and cosy with views straight on to the garden and pool. It was completely restorative physically and visually. Berrywell felt like a pocket of paradise and a special find. Thank you
