The house has 2 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The neighbourhood is very safe. Great location, a very short drive to ULM and to the airport. Eeasy access to major roads, supermarket, banks and shopping centers. The house is fully furnished.

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
